This will NOT be a good review. I am so disappointed with IGH Toyota! Their customer service has gone downhill for us and it s really disappointing. We are in the last 3 months of a 3 year lease of a Highlander. Now is the time we are getting bombarded with calls and letters from IGH Toyota and other lease companies hoping we will lease another new Toyota. After heading into the store last Friday night and speaking with salesman Ruben and manager Carrie, for a quick look at some new Highlanders, we made an appointment for the next day to come in for a meeting to talk about options. Sidenote: my husband mentioned to Carrie that the running board we bought for $800 from Toyota was loose. Carrie said take it on in to the service shop and if there s any problems, have them talk to me. We thought that she meant this was no charge since it s pretty new and we feel the running board shouldn t be breaking. So we left there happy on Friday. Saturday meeting: they had put together a lease offer much above the price we re accustomed to on this lease so we said we d probably be buying the car out in May. OMG! Things changed right there! Ruben even showed us what they could finance it for but then said, check with Affinity Credit they might have better rates ! Kind of like, we re done with ya! We were appalled that he didn t even care about financing it at Toyota and all people have been very rude to us since! Yesterday, Monday, was our appointment for the running board to get tightened. They wanted to charge us! My husband said to talk to Carrie which she mentioned to say. Long story short, no one came back to my husband for over an hour. It was a mess. So he just left and said forget it. I left 2 messages for Sara - not even a courtesy call back to me! Come on Toyota, do you NOT stand by your products!! We are just livid that the people working at Toyota just treated us like a piece of dirt on the floor the minute we said we were going to buy our vehicle outright in May. I will NEVER NEVER go back to this place and have no respect whatsoever for their customer service. Ruben, Carrie and Sara - thanks a lot for making this simple ordeal a big deal! The principle of this matter is .I don t feel a need to pay for a product that has not worked and feel like no effort was made to help us. And would really appreciate some respect to return phone calls. I work at a law firm and we ALWAYS return calls - no matter what! Very bad business ethic going on there.
