Vehicle maintenance was done without suggesting unnecessary work, vehicle was left clean inside and exterior washed - very nice service in a timely manner although I was 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment - they serviced my vehicle upon arrival. Just a quick note, last night I had to take my car in for its 25,000 mile check and a recall. I was told it would take two hours. I was so pleasantly surprised when it only took an hour. On top of that the girl that came to tell me my car was ready was the epitome of customer service. I wish I had gotten her name so I could praise her properly. I was having problems with my entune/radio and I was telling her about it and though she said the service area doesn't really have a lot to do with it she would happily take a look at it as she had a few minutes free. Admittedly I am technically challenged when it comes to electronics etc. but she came to my car and futzed with the radio and was able to get it working and more importantly how to work the darn thing! I knew full well that was not part of her job but she rose to the occasion and not only helped me but seemed truly interested in my problem. Good for Inver Grove Toyota for hiring her and for fostering such great customer service.

Again if I had gotten her name I would be writing her bosses personally.

Went there because I had an engine light come on. They said it was going to be a few thousand dollars and I'd have to leave my car there. I felt like something was wrong with their prognosis so I went to a mechanic my friend recommended. Turns out it was a quick fix--rodents ate through wires and I had to get them replaced. Once fixed, I went back to Toyota with the slip from the other mechanic and they were very accommodating and apologetic--plus I received a refund. But it was still quite frustrating to drive out there, deal with the stress of having to finance this new piece for my car, and realizing it wasn't even the issue, go to a different mechanic, then have to go back to the dealership. I learned to trust my gut when it comes to mechanics, but I had bigger hopes for a car dealership.

I have been a Toyota driver for over thirty years. Twelve of those I was a devoted service customer of another dealership, until they attributed my complaints of the driveability of a brand new Toyota as essentially being psychosomatic. It was at that point that I left and then became a loyal Inver Grove Toyota service customer. Not only did they listen to me, they spent time with me to diagnose, pointed me to service bulletins, and greatly improved my complaints so much that it is 100% improvement.

We bring both of our Toyota vehicles to IGH Toyota for ALL service. It is no longer a customer relationship, I feel that they are family, and our vehicles their children. John, Steve, Mary and Scott have been TREMENDOUS! I am a loyal customer and rave about you to everyone. Thank you!

Staff were very friendly and helped us find the right car. They weren t pushy like most dealers that try to up sell you on a bunch of add ons.

Given the trouble that Toyota had in getting recall parts for all the cars with Takata air bags, the service was very thorough and completed in a timely fashion

This dealership is fantastic. My spouse and I have never owned a new vehicle. 5 months ago we leased a brand new 6 speed 2015 Corolla. The entire process was painless, low pressure, and really fun! Donna was great and she listened to our needs. The entire staff was very welcoming. After reading about purchasing a new car online, I was worried the environment would be hostile and high pressure. This is absolutely NOT the case with Inver Grove Toyota. They are the best!

We like the car and the experience sooo much, we returned to the dealership just a few weeks ago and purchased our second car - a brand new 6 speed 2016 Corolla! Again the staff (especially Donna) were fantastic! We now have 2 affordable new cars, that are fun, fast, and cute! We got the 100k warranty on the 2016 - no worries for many years!

Full disclosure - I am a trans woman and the staff was kind, respectful, professional, and super fun to talk to! It was not a thing, and my partner and I were made to feel extremely comfortable right at the door through the whole process. When we purchased the 2015 Corolla, I had yet change my name and Donna kindly asked me what name I preferred! I cannot recommend Donna or this dealership enough! They are welcoming to all individuals from all walks of life, and are definitely gender friendly!

They turned two people who never thought they would own anything newer than 20 year old cars into two time brand new car owners! Inver Grove Toyota truly accomplished The Impossible!

I had such a disappointing experience at this dealership. I was ready to purchase a car that day, and thinking that the dealership would be ready to get a fast sale, I visited IGH Toyota. Both the sales person and his manager absolutely refused to negotiate - even one penny. They told me they wouldn't do it and thanked me for coming in. I've never heard of a car salesperson who doesn't negotiate!

On top of that, I did have a car for trade in. They offered me significantly less than the Kelly Blue Book value for a dealer trade in, stating "There are a lot of scratches" (one teeny door ding), and all the prep work they do for used car sales.

The next day, the sales person called and asked how my car search was going. When I mentioned I bought a car that same day from another dealer, he asked "Oh, so they saved you a few bucks, huh?" and when I mentioned they had actually come down quite a bit more than that, he said "Well, good luck then" and hung up the phone.

I may have been ready to buy a car that day, but I certainly wasn't desperate enough to give Inver Grove Toyota my business!

The sale person that helped us was Derek and the finance person was Jessica. Both of them were great and never very pushed us to get anything that we didn't wanted. I would recommend going to this dealer and seeing these people.

Came in for regular scheduled maintenance and the service was excellent as always. The service team at Inver Grove Toyota really go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience.

It is a good diler to take care of the ball and good cars the diler is Toyota but they have other brands GMC chevy and others more give you cars of ball are friendly those who attend you do not wait more echete a ojo

We worked with Adam Morris and he did a great job. My wife and I were in need of a new car and were pretty uncertain about when we were going to get it because we were on a tight budget. So, we ended up meeting several times to discuss finances and options. He never became pushy for us to buy a car nor did he give us an ultimatum or a deadline. He gave us needed advice and helped us find the exact car we wanted and to stay in our budget range. He was friendly enough to answer questions from his personal phone out of office hours. In all, it was a great experience and are still happy with the service, car, and decision we made a month later. We definitely recommend this dealer and seller.

After a couple of phone calls, the salesperson convinced me to do a cross town drive to the dealership. We are pleasantly surprised to get a decent price and low pressure pitch for a new Prius. They found a 2017 model which allowed us to get a significant rebate. The orientation session was helpful nd well done. Definitely one of our better car purchase experiences.

I have been going to inver Grove Toyota for many years now and will never go anywhere else to have service on my Toyota. I have complete trust and faith in them to make sure my toyota is running in tip top shape. They are honest with me. They only do what needs to be done and and advise if anything major is coming up. I highly recommend Inver Grove Toyota to anyone who wants good, reputable service on their vehicle.

I had a marvelous experience purchasing my new car this weekend. I ended up buying a 2012 Matrix with 3500 miles on it that had been used as a loaner when people have their cars being serviced. Got an amazing deal on an amazing car!!

I had done a LOT of research and had decided that I was going to shop with Inver Grove as there are many reviews about what a great dealership they are (except, apparently, on Yelp). And BOY are they ever!!

First I worked with Stacey online to get a quote on the 2014 Yaris I initially had my eye on. She was friendly and responsive - and did you know you get a discount for getting your quote online!?

Second, Stacey scheduled an appointment for me to test drive with Bryan. He was amazing. After driving the Yaris I discovered my 5'-10" body was not going to fit into the Yaris. Bryan patiently assisted me in the freezing cold while I tried out 4 other cars and then went back for a second test drive on the Matrix before committing. Totally enjoyable experience. I never felt like I was being "sold" on something or like he was loosing patience with my extended decision making process. It was like I had a friend who worked at a car dealership who was enjoying my selection process as much as I was.

Finally, the whole process of finances and paperwork was even enjoyable!! Pretty sure THAT is not the common experience! Again, I felt like they were open and honest and helpful. Everyone totally knew their stuff. I completely enjoyed chatting with...(sorry I can't remember your name so I can give you a specific shout out)... fun people!

Salesperson Grey Ingvalson was very helpful. He explained functions on the pick-up truck, friendly and actually listened to our needs.

Everyone there was very nice. And so helpful. I called and talked to Bryan Hopson about buying a 2020 Tacoma. A few texts and a call . I set up a day to drive down from Duluth to get an estimate on my trade in. I got both a fair price for my trade and a fair price for a new Tacoma. He was very easy to talk to and deal with . I would be buying my next vehicle there.

One my of my pet peeves are awkward conversations with salespeople.
The kind where someone asks you how you are doing and you get the feeling they are just trying to be polite. I truly appreciated everyone's professionalism and genuine kindness at Inver Grove.

I bought a car from Inver grove Toyota and they gave me an ok deal. There were a few things wrong with the car cosmetically not that big of a deal because they sais the would fix it. They fixed the light rhat was broken but the noise that i heard when originally driving the vehicle after they said they fixed it was still there. So i had to wait yet another weeks to get my car and then all of the holidays hit and they werent open. I finally got my car back after the first of the year only the have the car die in my garage. Now mind you i literally have only had it in my possession for maybe a few hours. I called Aminah up only to be told they cant do anything until Saturday which was still 2 days away. I walked into the dealership extremely mad but kept my cool and the manager acted like my issue was no big deal and didnt even bother to look up from whatever he was doing. Im a single mom with a baby on the way and this has literally been one of the worst experiences I've ever gone through. My suggestion do not go to this place to buy a car there are so many better place than Inver Grove Toyota

Andrew Schaffhausen got my car taken care of immediately and kept me updated on its progress. When he quoted me a price for changing the serpentine belt, I called 2 other garages I trust for a 2nd opinion - and they both quoted me a price that was higher than what Inver Grove Toyota was asking. Andrew made sure I could also take advantage of any coupons Inver Grove Toyota was offering - for someone on a very tight budget, this was a huge help! Aside from all that, the waiting areas are clean and well-stocked, and the free carwash is CLUTCH.

I just signed my second lease with Inver Grove Toyota. All of the staff are courteous and make the car experience enjoyable. Lindsay Wagner, my sales professional, took the time to fully understand my car needs, walked me through all of my options, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Highly recommend.

Jim Hayes is a true professional. It took 10 minutes on the phone to
lease my 2018 Camry. I didn't realize that my new Camry didn't have Sirus. I got a free new Sirus receiver from Sirus. Jim got me approved to have my antenna hooked up for. The whole organization is very professional. I have 20 years experience in the car business. On March 13th I went to the service dept with a problem. It was about 4:45 PM.
They serviced my Camry right away, and I was out of there by 6:30 PM.
Now that is great customer service!!!

I had my leased vehicle in for the first 10,000 mile service (oil change, tire rotation, etc) and they were prompt, courteous, and had me out of there before their estimate. The place is clean and they had a table/chairs outside so I could wait in the sun. Very nice!

Lost a sale because "Steve" didn't want to give pricing over the phone. Basically said take "4000" off the car and there you go. Left such a sour taste in my mouth.

I have been cheat it!!!!! at this Toyota. I had a complimentary sticker I call to ask what it was mean because I though it was free oil change they lay I talk to was rude on the phone but, I went to show the sticker in parson the sales man said yes its free oil change but, they charge me anyways they told me my air filter is old I need to change I pay them guess what they put the old one back took my money they did not top of any of my fluids they charge me $76.67 I am pissed make sure to check your car before you leave.

If I could give a 0/5 I would, but mangement here is unfair we got a used car that we came to see, ask if it was all wheel drive was told it was, got home to Rochester on Saturday and it was not, came back on monday when dealer opened and was told I could not do anything about it. Sales manger that day would not even give us a chance to even talk just walked past us like we weren't even there and said "I don't have time for this" . Please have a manger who is actually going to listen to his customers without us that place won't be able to even run. This will be my last time there . Sales person was nice, but lied. Our family has been here for many of our cars but we will now being going to other places now.

The other day I came for oil consumption test knowing that it was free test because of the factory engine defect. The manager in service department was not very helpful and said that I needed to pay for the whole process rudely. I asked for the repair quote and he said "I won't be giving you any quote." I felt offended and left the facility. I have been Toyota lover and my current car is my sixth Toyota. I see that IGT will do way better if it trains the manager how to communicate with the customers respectfully and effectively.

Bought 2 new 2019 Rav4's here. Unfortunately the first one had some scratches that I did not notice before taking vehicle that resulted in having to have the front bumper re-painted, but they did a great job with that.
The other scratches that I believe were from snow removal from the last snow I was able to rub out myself and all went well.
Second car I bought was perfect.
Both car deals went perfect except for the scratches on the first car. Sales people were great, Our salesman was Patrick Mcdaniels. They were easy to deal with.
Place was nice and clean and they have a nice little waiting area with refreshments.
Would buy from again !

I got my first car here in 2016 so this is a late review but I wanted to say that for the past two years, toyota really has had my back.
So first off, when we got the car, we traded in my old corolla (like 2003) for a new one (2016) and they were fair considering it was over 300k miles but had no damage. They gave me a graduation from college discount, first car discount, beginning of the year discount, + other specials +other specials, and yeah most dealerships will throw things on for you but they were particularly kind about it so it's worth mentioning. I've also had banks tell me that my rate for interest/the loan is the lowest they have ever seen and I got an incredible deal.

Ok, so I've taken my car in for all of it's free inspections, free rotations, oil changes, etc. and I continued to take it in after that because I trusted them with the vehicle. I've been driving it for almost 3 years now and (in January) I've never had any issues and any little things that came up with it being a brand new car were taken care of immediately. Still driving it around and I'm hoping it makes it to 300k miles just like my old one. I would recommend this location for buying a vehicle for sure!

I went in to compare pricing and check out the color of the Toyota I wanted. Patrick McDaniels was way beyond helpful even though he knew I wasn't purchasing the vehicle today, he spent about two hours with me trying to get me the best deal and found me exactly the vehicle I wanted. I was so impressed and thankful that I put down a down payment. I would totally recommend choosing him as your sales representative

Plenty of choices to browse. Can take too much time to find the right car but at least there's plenty to decide on.

Darin Wald is the perfect guy to talk with about buying a new or used car. He is very knowledgeable and personable; he is only looking to get you into a vehicle that is right for you, no pushy sales or commission based haggling, just proper education about making the perfect choice.

Not saying it was there fault but had my car serviced here and a few weeks later my tire nearly came off on the highway...

Great Service! DH said everyone was friendly and efficient while doing the oil change and whatever comes with it. We've dealt with them for four years now, since we bought a 2016 Highlander, new; off the lot, so not a custom package, but it was great for what we wanted. We have never had any problem at the Inver Grove Toyota. To this date, anyway. I love my Highlander!

They provided me options for getting the work needed done on my car with an estimate of cost.

Last year I brought my 2009 Corolla in for an oil change. While waiting I ask about the trade in value for my vehicle and the used car sales manager offered me a low ball insulting price of $4500. I was very upset and offended that he must be thinking I am too stupid to know how much my car is worth. Be very careful when you do business with these people. Btw, how many of these 5 star reviews are written by employees?

Good people there. Friendly and honest. They got the best waiting room with free caribou coffee pop and popcorn and a mcdonalds style playplace for the kids.

We have worked with Chuck in the past at Inver Grover Toyota and have always had a great experience and this time again was no different. Chuck is a great salesman and wonderful to work with.

I was there for a oil change and tire rotation. The staff was friendly, the waiting area was large with a kids play space and free drinks. The crew worked quickly and at the end the lady who helped me didn't try to sell me any extra service I didn't need. Definitely going back for my next service requirement!

I made an appointment for a test drive in the morning, and drove away with my new car by noon.
I felt I was treated fairly, and generally had a good experience.
Overall, I would recommend them.

Service was ok. People were not too friendly. One guy with red beard looked at me as if I were an idiot. I only asked him how to clean the sensors on the car. The guy from Hawaii was great! Compared to Kia services Toyota got 3 Kia 5 stars
