If you go to Inver Grove Toyota, ask to work with Darin Wald. He's fantastic! He's helped our family several times. He is incredibly knowledgeable and respectful of our time and budget. It's never easy to go car shopping with 3 small children and Darin is patient and great at helping to keep them entertained. Our kids love the play area!

I have been a customer since buying a Trundra in 2003 from Inver Grove. During the time Jill has been on staff she has consistently provided great professional service.

Wow! What a great experience I had at Inver Grove Toyota! I was in a hurry to buy a car and I filled out the online application on Thursday night and an hour after I was finished teaching school (on Friday) I was driving away in a brand new 2015 RAV 4! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the sales person (Linda C) and the GM, Jeff Stearns, to the two women in financing, I couldn't be more pleased! I've purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime, and I can say that this has been, far and away, my best experience. I just bought a 2013 RAV 4 AWD from Inver Grove Toyota and was very pleased with the experience. I visited many dealerships, and IGT was very helpful and had a large selection. I contacted them via email about a specific car and they gave me an internet price. I worked with Bridget, who was incredibly professional and helpful. She did her job in promoting all the additional features and accessories available, but was not pushy or aggressive. I was very happy with the negotiation process and once we agreed on a price, there were no "hidden expenses" and a couple hours later I left a very happy customer. I would recommend IGT.

Derek is always so helpful and courteous, that is why we keep coming back year after year. The service we get there is above wonderful, we can't say enough good things about Derek and your whole staff. Thank you again for another great experience.

DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. The technicians don t even know how to drive manual and they ve been wrenching on my truck.

I dropped off my Tacoma for maintenance and a technician got in. I found him struggling to start it up. After patiently explaining, he finally got it running. THEN HE SHIFTED FROM NEUTRAL TO FIRST GEAR WITHOUT PRESSING THE CLUTCH. My Tacoma went Hhhhckkkkkkk. I never even knew my truck could make that kind of noise. Then he casually drove off, bucking and jerking my truck, as if nothing happened. Just speechless... I've been taking not one, not two, but three Toyotas to this dealership for service and my family members bought two cars from them. They just lost all their credibility and I m never coming back.

I have been using this dealership for service for years. All the service advisers are friendly and funny and helpful. Jill is awesome and Mike really helped me out when I needed a new battery in my Prius. I will always love Inver Grove Toyota!

I just leased a 2015 Toyota Camry XLE and I love it! This is my 3rd Toyota lease and the 2015 is the best so far. At first, I wasn't keen on the front grill of the new Camry. I was leaning toward a sporty Jetta. Lucky for me, I felt as if I would regret not sticking with Toyota and so I stopped by Inver Grove Toyota to give the Camry one more chance. I was fortunate to be approached by a great salesperson, Darin Wald. He was serious about showing me the Camry. He didn't challenge my dislike of the grill. He offered a test drive. During the ride, he didn't prattle on so I'd forget I was doing business. When I told him what it would take for me to get the car, He made it happen. The finance woman (forgot her name) was equally great. I was taken aback that she didn't lie about my credit score--as is the usual. I always check and print my score before shopping, and until Inver Grove, I'd end up walking out on a bad interest rate offered up by a dishonest finance person. I dread the lease-end process as I've always disliked car salespeople. I'm glad Inver Grove was a great experience. I will get my next car from Inver Grove. If you want a professional salesperson, see Darren Wald...and hopefully the same finance women.

I was waiting for the Toyota Survey to come but since it hasn't arrived I wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had leasing a new RAV 4 from Lindsay Wagner. This is the third RAV4 I have Leased from Lindsay and both times it has been a great experience.
This last time I had contacted Lindsay Wagner before I went to the Dealership, I told her what I wanted and that when I came to get it I wanted to be out of the Dealership within an hour. When I got there Lindsay had exactly what I wanted waiting for me and had me out of the door with 10 minutes to spare. Great attention to detail, and very pleasant to work with.
I will definitely recommend Lindsay Wagner to friends and family, She and Inver Grove Toyota have made the experience of leasing a car exceptional.

I had a wonderful and easy going experience shopping for my first ever new car, which was the 2014 Toyota Rav4 limited edition. I gotta hand it to Adam Hoffman. This guy did a terrific job with handling everything. As a customer, i wanted to be heard, valued, and given options. Adam executed everything smoothly and surpassed my expectations. I didn't really feel like i was pressure and being rushed to make up my mind. He was patient with me and explained everything in full detail, from the specs of the vehicle to financing/payment plans. One of my biggest fear about buying a new car was that i was going in not having a clue about cars and how things actually work. Adam made sure of it that everything was broken down to simple understanding, which i absolutely loved. I know it's frustrating when the terms and calculation are hard to understand, which did happened when i was going over paperwork with financing but MAN thanks to Adam, this guy brought it to a level where it was concise and simple to digest, without none of that fancy wordings. One great thing about this dealership is that they are welcoming and accommodating. Also, I like it how they follow up with you on your new purchase, just to see if there was any complications and how you're doing with the new vehicle. That's just great customer service there. I would definitely recommend this place as well as the man Adam Hoffman if you are thinking about buying a new car or if you just needed questions to be answered in regards to Toyota.

Was informed that antifreeze had been inadvertently put in the water/windshield container. Therefore that "tank" was flushed and refilled. That put the extra due amount at about $130.00. A good report for all other auto - car systems was given. This is a business that I have trusted with my car since I bought it there. It's, nevertheless, a good idea to ask about prepaid services, you've previously purchased, or may be newly available or known to apply to your specific vehicle's current needs.

Chuck gave me a great price on my new Corolla. Dean was funny, helpful and very informative about my new purchase. Chuck and Dean were the two salesmen involved in my purchase.

Leaving a message with Alaya, whoever she is and emailing salesperson Patrick... for 3 weeks... no one replies or calls. Worst customer service ever. They are only nice when you go in to buy a car, otherwise, no response at all. No respect.

Purchased: 2018 Toyota Camry LE mileage: ~11,000 miles

It was a pleasant experience and we drove away with a new car. It was not the car we had hoped to purchase but it was the next best deal we could have purchased. Patrick our sales rep was very patient with us and struck a deal with us so we could also get an automatic starter installed into the new vehicle for a reasonable price as well.

We recently bought a new RAV 4 for our daughter and the experience was terrific! The General manager there had the car and everything ready when we came to pick it up as we had bought it over the phone as we live out of state. I highly recommend this dealership as they are trustworthy and caring and this was one of the best car buying deals we have ever had. Terrific service!!!!

Recently completed a purchase of a new vehicle from Inver Grove Toyota. Can't say enough good things about the staff at IGT (and I'm usually pretty critical). I'm not new to buying new cars and generally put a lot of effort into the research that leads up to a purchase or potential purchase. My brother recently purchased a Highlander from IGT and put a call into to Jim Hayes in sales at IGT. Jim listed what I was looking for, came through right from the start and offered exactly what I had asked him for which was a no nonsense, straight to the point deal on the 4Runner (color, package, year, etc) that I was looking to buy. I've purchased new cars from fancy places like Lexus, Acura, etc and can say that Jim and the staff at IGT blows them away by a good margin. Jim made the transaction incredibly painless / easy and stuck to his word on verbal agreements discussed on the phone. Not to mention I traded in a vehicle and they stepped up to the plate and met me on that half of the deal as well with a very fair offer. Based on the above, I would certainly highly recommend IGT to anybody who is in the market for a Toyota.

Equally as impressive, when picking up the vehicle, I called Jim in advance and told him that I was running short on time and could pick the vehicle up that day, but needed to be in and out in about a 30 minute window. When I arrived, everything and I mean everything was all prepped and ready to go. This is nearly unheard of when purchasing a car in my experience.

And to top it off, the service department is run as tight and as well organized as the sales team / department. I've stopped a few times to pick up plates, etc - routine things with the service department (added a few accessories,etc).and have received nothing less that incredibly good service. Met one of the mechanics - top notch. This dealership really seems to have their act together - I'd rate them above most if not all Honda, Toyota, Acura, Lexus dealerships I've been to / worked with. Trustworthy group. Good job guys, keep up the good work and really appreciate your customer focused team of professionals! Won't hesitate to recommend IGT to anybody looking to buy a car / truck.

I know stealerships all kind of suck, I mean its a tough business. This place is special and not in the good way. I of course call about car and verify its available, even thought the car fax said they sold it weeks ago. They say they are looking at it and when should I come in. I go in and the slime bag salesman VINNY has the balls to act like there was a mix up and says I just sold it... then tries to tell me about the the trade in he took for it. Hey Vinny you're a horrible salesman with no balls, wouldn't look me the eye to say that, looked at a folded up piece of paper. Note to self...anywhere but IGT. I just had to laugh and walk out. I know they all do this, but at least have your BS act together, show some professionalism, even if your a professional liar.

If you need your car serviced it's going to be expensive because it's a dealership but I advise you to not speak with Jill because she was very rude speaking with me and my dad and was not helpful at all and did not offer any helpful information.

Lindsay was extremely helpful and we loved doing business with her! Our experience was great and we'd come back here again.

We have bought our minivan from this dealer two years ago. It s always been a okay customer service. But today was just too much. It was an appointment for the tire change which had nail in it. It was supposed to be a 45 minute job and I was told I will be on the road in 45 minutes. it was little over 45 minutes so I went to check with the representative. She told my oh, I m sorry but it s taking little longer. Why in the world you would not tell me that or give me an updat?. She checked and told me probably 30 minutes more. I asked her if for sure and she said she cannot guarantee. I told her I would like to take a shuttle to go home. She was very inexperienced, had no clue what she was doing. In the meanwhile we found out after 15 minutes that shuttle had left without me. Then I was being offered a special ride. A wrong car has been offered so by the time we changed the cart, they had already wasted so much of my time. When we got near home, I got a call that car is ready. Then we turned around ( shuttle) and went back to pick up the car. 45 minute job took three hours. I m so disappointed and mad. The whole staff is very inexperienced and unprofessional. I will never go back to Inver Grove Toyota dealer.

This was the first Toyota I had ever purchased and I am leary of goIng on car lots, that as gone to the wind when I went here, th minute I stepped on the lot was great, my salesman was Ruben King, the only thing I can say is that he was awesome, he s honest, low pressure, down to earth, helpful and just a great guy to buy a car from, I bought a RAV 4 and this was such a seemless process!! Thank you also to Larry Corbin in finance, finance is always scary, but he does a great job of making it not scary. Thank you both to Ruben and Larry. I love my new car...

Had my tires changed, and airbag replaced without a long wait - and got a carwash to boot!

They wouldn't take no for an answer for the extended warranty they were pushing for the certified pre-owned vehicle I was purchasing. It too forever to buy it (3x longer than it should have) because of that.

In addition to the oil change they rotated the tires, checked a whole bunch of stuff including the alignment, and even washed the exterior! Mike and the crew always do a complete assessment and through job!

Mary Loken took me in hand and walked through the process of checking in smoothly, courteously and answering my questions before I could ask. In the meantime, another attendant took my car and did a checkover, discovering my tires were worn beyond what was safe. Mary presented several options and prices for replacement explaining the differences clearly. They arranged a rental car for me to go to work. The person who brought it explained and demonstrated how it worked to me. The smiling service and competency was evident on everyone I encountered. Would I recommend Inver Grove Heights Toyota for service? Absolutely. Would I purchase another car from them? Yes. Management has obviously made it a priority to train and encourage great attitudes in all employees.
