It s been 4 weeks since I turned in my application but nothing is moving. They never return my phone calls. I called the Corporate office but they couldn t do anything. I asked for a manager phone number but the lady said she dose not have her supervisor phone number. Totally bs and waste of time and my money.

If you are considering renting a property by Inventrust, I couldn t encourage you to run away faster. In an era defined by service, they take an enslavement approach. They don t visit, don t call, don t help. And when you want a document, they tell you it takes 60 days. Then they spell the name wrong. My experience has been terrible. I don t take the time to write a review often, but had to warn people away from being pulled into a trap with them.
Can't get through on the phone. The answer message said 15 minute wait. I've been waiting over 1 hour. and waiting... and waiting.. I wish I could rate them negative stars.
Finally got through after 1 hour and 55 minutes!
