Nice shop very large with everything for sale on garden and related items sometimes pricey

Nice shop, they have a wide range. Only annoying that you have to walk all over the store. There are almost no shortened routes to the checkout.

Ik had in augustus weer eens wat gekocht bij Intratuin Rosmalen, 4 lampen, merk Intratuin, voor in de tuin. Op 6 december ging er eentje defect en ging terug naar Intratuin Rosmalen omdat men daar gezegd had dat deze modellen altijd beschikbaar zouden zijn. En wat blijkt. Verschillende lampen zijn er wel maar die van mij niet. Het personeel was zo vriendelijk om te vertellen dat men deze eigen merken niet zou kunnen bestellen. Op zich, zeer vreemd. Het ging mij niet om de garantie, ik vind nu dezelfde lampen in mijn tuin veel belangrijker. Op mijn vraag waar er ergens anders zaken van Intratuin waren kreeg ik ook rare antwoorden. Dus mijn ervaring met Intratuin Rosmalen was weer zeer negatief. Ik ga er nooit meer heen. Dan maar ergens wat meer betalen en wel service krijgen.

Large garden center with an extensive choice. There is little playtime for the kids. The food (panini) is fine.

A particularly unpleasant experience, Intratuin Rosmalen has now lost a regular customer from a weekly customer. We bought a concrete garden statue at the beginning of August. When a storm was predicted later in the month, we put the statue on the ground just to be sure, so it wouldn't blow over. After the storm, it turned out that there was a crack in the arm of the statue. Because this could not have happened because of the storm (after all, the statue was safely on the ground and could not roll), the only conclusion could be that we had not looked carefully when we bought the statue and that it must already be in the shop happened.
We immediately called the store: we were told that we had to come by and discuss it with the manager. The following weekend we immediately went to the store with the statue. What happened then surprised us so enormously, we still think it's incredible what happened here: we also told the story as above to the manager. He then sat on the arm of the statue to examine the damage and then only made the damage worse. The response was that this had to be discussed with the manufacturer, but that this could not be done just like that.
To our response to why we could not get a replacement image or else our money back, we got the response that it really would not work. We would have said by telephone to the employee that storm damage would have caused this: a pertinent untruth, because we had told her the same story as above and now asked to bring her in and discuss this together. The manager said "he was not going to play this game," a phrase that made it very clear that we were standing there as liars and that we would have to wait for the manufacturer to respond.
At that moment, the frustration and disbelief about what had just happened played out to such an extent that we walked away furiously with the broken statue.

To be put in your place as a regular, almost weekly customer, as liars with all kinds of other customers around it, was not only painful, but also indecent. For years we made our purchases for garden and house at this shop and many euros went to this company. We not only feel left out in the cold but also treated with extraordinary disrespect and indecent treatment. We cordially invite the manager to apologize and come up with a solution to this matter, so that he can keep us as a customer, a guide that we believe that every company, where something like this happens, should take this with both hands to to correct a mistake made by them in several ways.
