You should probably hire people that don t drive breaking all kinds of rules, tailgating and crossing over lines. Especially with your name on the side of the truck. Gotta get to the service call at the expense of innocent obeying the rules drivers.

I've worked with Interstate on fairly substantial sized commercial projects-- and from my perspective, their communication, planning and follow-through could use some improvement. If they made time to listen to and guide their business stakeholders, truly tried to be partners at the table when it came to planning, and took a little more time to achieve a better finish out -- then it might have been a better experience. It always felt like they were too busy to make the time and exert genuine effort for me and my corporate client.
I worked there as a Superintendent in the 80s and had a positive experience. Well run and great people to work with!
If your looking to become an apprentice and start doing electrical work this is hands the WORST company to get into, they re going to pay you 12$ an hour and stuff you into a pre fab warehouse for possibly two years, that s half your apprenticeship wasted on not learning anything that will help you get your license. And the guy Kenny who runs the pre fab warehouse is hands down the most hated guy in that company. He just walks around all day doing tours of facility and bitching, go else where you ll get paid more.
