I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Evgeny in getting a final product to tie my system off. Evgeny went above and beyond to help me out, and his expert knowledge was a refreshing change of pace. Mate, thanks again, and I wish you nothing but the best!

I am sending a thank you to Ginger Valentine and Interdyn for professional and considered sales and service.

I received my ordered delivery intact and perfect.

I plugged in and set up my OPPO product recently sent and I was blown away.

I had it set up in the front room playing out to the yard whilst doing some garden maintenance. I had some mix of old and new classics playing.

I was astounded at the clarity and strength of the sound.

I am so appreciative of your efforts in providing me with the requested product.

To relax listening to some great music on quality equipment had me feeling ecstatic.

Great service!
Having purchased 2 SVS SB4000 s over the past 3 years I was really disappointed when one developed a nasty buzz during one weekend when receiving even the slightest signal.
I took a video of this and sent it to the shop from which it was purchased on the Saturday, and they (Clef HiFi in Melbourne - also great operators) said that a rep from Interdyn would contact me following the weekend.
The SVS subs are not cheap and come with a 5 year warranty as standard so I was hoping for a quick resolution to this problem.
I thought it was an amplifier issue and so Ev at Interdyn suggested a new unit, one which I could replace myself. Due to the sheer weight of these subs and the hassle of returning one, it seemed like a good idea. The module arrived within a couple of days at my home in Brisbane.
Unfortunately, my powers of diagnosis were incorrect and after replacing the amp module (very straight forward) the problem persisted - it was the driver.
Ev was very helpful and put in motion sending me a new driver for self installation, a kit for the procedure and a couple of gifts for my trouble (very nice, too!!).
This was a bit more tricky but still straight forward. The sub was back to its best and the media room was back to a nice even, dual supplied, high sound pressured paradise. Even the wife was happy
I returned the new amp module and kit with a prepaid returns label which was received by Interdyn within a few days.
So, all in all I was very impressed by Interdyn and Clef for a speedy response and great customer service. Things break down sometimes no matter how good the reputation of manufacturer, but I totally recommend dealing with operators such as these.

Handled the support/warranty case for by SVS subwo...

Handled the support/warranty case for by SVS subwoofer so quickly and efficiently. There was a little back and forth via email to confrirm details but this was almost in real time as if we were using a chat service. Replacement part was sent out immediately and received in a couple of days, along with fitting instructions. All fitted, all working now, thanks heaps! This level of service is rare these days! Highly recommend them!
