Dr. Tsang is one of the best doctors I have seen recently. He actually spends time with his patients and doesn't order unnecessary tests and procedures like many doctors do nowadays. I can't believe there's a negative review on here because the practice doesn't accept credit cards.

I don t care that this office only takes cash. That in itself isn t enough basis for a bad review. I read the reviews and went anyway because credit card payment options does not a good doctor make. My dismal experience at Dr. Tsang s office is simply based on the fact that no services were rendered at my doctors visit.

United Healthcare has Dr. Tsang listed as a gynecologist. I called his office to confirm this. I asked for a gynecologist. I was assured Dr. Tsang was one. I said I needed a pelvic exam as my symptoms were pressing. I was told to come in.
When I saw Dr. Tsang our conversation was brief. He listened keenly then left abruptly in the middle of it - told me to wait a minute - then he came back and said he would like to see me again so that he could send me to a gynecologist Never mind my immediate gynecological needs. He then hurried away in the same flourish he had walked into the room with. When I said to his assistant that I expected a pelvic exam (the Dr. had fan-fared away) she said, yes the doctor had ordered I come back for blood work and a pelvic exam and showed me to checkout. Next appointment a week out.
So is Dr. Tsang a gynecologist? I still don t know. Why did he walk away in the middle of our conversation? Was there a language barrier with the front desk? Well, the lady at the front desk never gave me a date for my return appointment at checkout because she had already forgotten the doctor s orders. She never gave back my insurance card and I had to double back from the subway station to get it. So perhaps language is not the only problem here.
As I was picking it up she said You will get a larger than normal bill from your insurance company but never you mind, it s incorrect as you have paid for today s visit in cash. I m just letting you know so you re not surprised. What she didn t know is I was already very surprised.

I went home symptoms and all minus $80. I wish I d had the nerve to ask for my money back but one never has the courage for these things when they are happening.

This clinic is the worst place ever sick people can go to.The Dr.is not really too nice and i am not going to TALK ABOUT THE PERSON WORKING UP FRONT DESK WOMAN. SHE looks like she is doing a favor just by working there and it's very difficult for her. When I was trying to pay with credit card the woman say' cash only!', i was like' you never mentioned' , she goes like' YOU DIDNT ASK!!' OK!! The doctor is narcissism, he hired a lot of unprofessional internships, who have no manner to patients at all.

I've been seeing Dr. Tsang for acupuncture for over 10 years. I can say without a doubt he is a consummate professional.
I believe his treatments work. I believe acupuncture is the best. If you're looking for a great acupuncture therapist and a great MD check out Dr. Tsang.

Dr. Tsang is a wonderful and caring doctor. I have been his patient for over ten (10) years and several of my friends also. He is totally honest and, above all, he cares for the well-being of his patient. Dr Tsang is my primary care physician and acupuncturist. In spite of his busy schedule, I can always book an appointment and get referrals from him.

Recently, I had surgery performed by an orthopaedic surgeon, on my left hand s middle, ring, and pinky fingers for dupuytren s contractures. After the surgery, the hand had a limited range-of-motion of 65% and was painful to force a 100% range. To accelerate the hand rehabilitation, I visited Dr. Tsang, who suggested accupuncture. After my first accupuncture treatment the hand had 100% range-of -motion with no pain, which lasted for a number of days after the treatment. Each subsequent visit to Dr. Tsang the accupuncture treatment extended the relief period, leading to a permanent 100% range-of-motion without pain.
In addition, Dr. Tsang is controlling my cholesterol levels with an herbal medicine program.
I would recommend Dr. Wing Tsang, who is Board Certified in internal medicine and an accupuncture and a herbal medicine practitioner. He is a go-to-top-notch doctor who will listen, analyze and alleviate your problems.
