Location is huge downside. Not sure of the organisation but I think it must be like other call centers.

They called me for an interview and made me wait for 3/4 hours and later informed currently they don't HV any vacancy..will let me know if any vacancy

I had interview with IGT at Gurgaon Office for Dubai opportunity on OCT 7th, 2018 & process continued till NOV 14th, 2018. Today finally after waiting so long and having 4-5 rounds of interview I got to know that I am not selected.

This long waiting time is so frustrating & waste of time for associates. Please improve hiring process.

Not a good place to work in terms of employee satisfaction but managers are awesome.

I had been worked almost for a year with IGT Gurugram but found their is no Employee satisfaction provides management with the knowledge to build a positive work environment and positive employee relations.

Just because they may not be senior-level managers doesn t mean your employees don t have fantastic ideas of their own. It s disheartening to work for someone who never asks for your opinion or ideas. If your employees are never asked to give their feedback, chances are they re satisfied.

No arrangements of drinking water, for interview you need to wait very long in waiting area around 5-6 hours

The environment of the company is really great. Everything is organised there. It seems like you are outside of the country. If you ever go there for an interview there is a good sitting plan for an interview and the whole process will not take so much time but the interview will be quite difficult so prepare yourself. The crowd is also good there.

No parking for outsiders ... free parking is not available till 6 pm Not even for compny employees drawback of it

Pathetic and very bad experience with IGT. I lost my job due to Covid this year. I have experience of more than 6 years in travel and tourism industry.but as I said I lost my job due to Covid and I recently switched to my last company and some how Covid came and I end up working there for only 8 months cuz company got ramp down. I saw opening for Accor process in IGT and applied for same but got rejected reason being I have stability issues. My knowledge skills experience everything was on other side they only noticed that I am not stable. Before the operations round I went for comprehension and aptitude test and I scored really well. In comprehensive I got 15/15 and in aptitude 80% requirement was 70%.

Just a simple request to all HR s that stop fooling needy during such bad pandemic conditions. Before proceeding ahead you people should screen the candidate resume and then proceed ahead.

Due to Covid millions of people have lost job and this should not be the sentence that we are rejecting you on basis of your stability. This is not acceptable at all. I am not taking anybody s name here but indirectly it s for you people. Kindly understand and don t play with others feelings and time and start judging people by there talent,knowledge,skills,commitment and experience.

Near hanuman chowk igt solutions is good company to work with they are best when it comes to outsourcing in travel best project they have air France, klm airlines United Airlines customer service and expedia and Brussels airlines are premium one they other than that they have plenty . Clean and treedom cafeteria is best over here

Good for freshers. People join here just for an experience letter. Forget about salary.

Company is really good but dont know what some HRs think about themselves

Total time waste worst experience here...i suggests to higher authorities of IGT's please hire some qualified and experienced HRs who take the process smoothly without wasting anyone's time.

Hello IGT, My name is Hardeep Singh and i am really disappointed with this organization. I tried to join this organization But they fired me two times after hiring. The HR and assistant manager, they think that they are King or queen of this organization and nobody like them. But I would say they don't even look like graduate people. The management or leadership of this company are trying to become very smart. The use new candidates to work in there organization and after few days they fired them because they use all new fresher's and experience talented candidate. I will make complaint of this organization to our nearest police station. I will show to all people in social media about your stupidity and fruad.
