Depends on which process you join. Earlier the company used to have a good reputation but slowly and gradually due to bad management employee satisfaction has dropped drastically. They have Expedia, Air India and Indigo and many more which sounds good before joining. But not the best company to earn incentives anymore. People just come and go because of which there is hiring every month. Needless to say but there is politics everywhere if you are looking for growth. You work hard like a donkey won't promote you, you just have to play politics to grow there.

i was there for travel process, faced 4 interview round, they gonna take your whole day better to go at afternoon for any interview, just want to tell that if you have experience of any other field apart from aviation sector or tour and travel, just don't mention that thing on your resume cause they hire only fresh faces or experience from the same field (aviation), cause the management think that people with other field will not gonna make long carrier with them. Advice to the management please dont waste full day of the interviewers with other field just release them in very first round when you came to know they aren't worthy for you thanks.

Gud company in gurugram which can give you lots of experience in travel industry. High rated company.

A great and fun place to work, I have been working with this company from past 5 years and everyday is a new day for me I learn new things and help others to learn too, there is many different processes with the company you can come and get it self engaged with the company with the process that you like to work for you can go for calling or you can go for back and support.

Did work there for one year and it was cool experience to work with them. They celebrate Diwali in a good way specially for outsiders.

The infrastructure & work environment is pretty good, I started working here in January 2020, & the company mainly focuses on providing hospitality services in the travel industry & it's the fourth largest organisation dealing in travel industry all over the globe & holds a good rank in the list of fortune 500.

Nice place to work. Its a travel bpo. It has multiple processes. They hire both fresher and experienced candidates. they provide cabs.

This is a bpo where beginners should start their career. Salary is not so convincing but the job profile is nice. So practical that after completing 1 year, people can switch jobs and get a huge salary hike in a new company. Pretty decent environment to work with. HR Dept is nice. But it has cab issues as well as management.

Never join this company.Its better to be unemployed. HR and Mangers are worst. Zero rating for this IGT. Its a Call centre. No parking for Employees vechile. Worst management.

Shittiest company ever! This company is filled with gays and jaggery guys...also their way of training their employees is way too old fashioned.. the idiot training manager and ops manager doesn't even know what he's talking about and still expects everyone to answer his silly questions.. don't waste your time here..look for some better options... it's a waste of time here.
