Employee of this organization not fulfilled their expectations.

A very bad experience I had here. No organized culture.,no management.... Nothing is there. Firstly they interviewed me and selected me telling that you belong to a hiring zone and you can join us asap and after handing over me the joining letter they asked me to arrange a rental agreement saying that "we can't provide you the cab as you live in a non hiring zone".. No HR is concerned about the matter or issue I was facing..

Worst place to work. Do not waste your time in this organisation.

Ohh.. amazing my experience is really good . Went there for an interview deboard at sikanderpur metro if u r coming from delhi using metro. Take rickshaw for shankar chowk n from shankar chowk u will easily get another rickshaw for hanumaan chowk when u get off there u see a nicely built building to your left hand side having some names printed on its windows mirrors including indigo and make my trip etc. U need to go through a security check first after that u enter into the company there are no elevator so need to get in to the lift to reach to yor desired floor . Overall it is quite an amazing place ..

Nice place to work but salary payout is quite low. If u are looking for a place where work load should be less then you are at the right place.

It's a great place to work and start your career with. They hire undergraduate people as well for some process. They have multiple process related to airline, hotel, cruise, etc. They offer cab facility and have 24*7 work environment.

Worst experience i hv worked here for 1.6 yr
I was hired for a blended profile even on my offer letter it was mentioned that it was a blended profile but i was forced to work for 100% calling
No hr support no hr session
Still others are working there and facing same workload

This is the best company to start career with. For freshers there is no other company in comparison of IGT

0 star. They waste your time. They give u joining, in orientation will tell you cab wont come to your place so you cannot work for them. Totally useless.

I had been associated with IGT for almost 3.5y in training. The inception was great, as my calibre was recognised & honed during hiring...

It was then a somewhat rocky ride for a while...politics is unfortunately rampant in almost every corporate sector & this was certainly no exception.

I dug my heels & hung on, which paid off. Recognition finally struck again & I became a FT Trainer, which was great.

This time round, all was well for a good while: supportive management & colleagues. I grew as a person & learnt a lot. However, I do believe that I overstayed my 'welcome honeymoon period'. My loyalty & tenure began to stagnate: I felt taken for granted.

Gradually I realised that I was undervalued & recently subject to a web of politics. Management & HR opted to uphold convenience, rather than fairness. I was helpless...

Lately, with this global lockdown (courtesy of the Covid-19 pandemic), it was the perfect pretext to lay me off: in the most callous manner, that too on my birthday!

Hence, overall a cocktail of experiences & lessons, tipping the negative side with an anti-climax. I may have inadvertently erred at times, however still deserved better. For those who knew me from there, I'm sure that you'd all agree...

Nevertheless, I am thankful to whoever did help me. Our team, housekeeping & admin/maintenance, IT & eventful transport! Gonna miss those cramped up & often untimely cab journeys...

Retrospectively in hindsight, I'm amazed at how long I did manage to survive here!

You can apply for IJP after 9 months, company provides lots of chances for growth in your career.

As a fresher my experience is very good.. And still I'm working with it....but..their policies are worst.. I will suggest you ..its a good place for fresher not for experience people.....
