We have an Intergas Xtreme 36 HR boiler in our new-build home and it starts every 1 to 5 minutes for 3 seconds. This without using hot / hot water. Since we sleep right next to the boiler, this is a very disturbing noise.
Immediately after delivery I reported this to the installer of the construction. He couldn't find anything, so I contacted Intergas. Instead of giving advice or recommending another installer with more knowledge, the hands were taken off.
It's their product, but they don't take any responsibility or after sales. Everything is put on the installer and you have to do it.

Update: An Intergas technician has now visited. The boiler is functioning properly. Because of the service, I gave 1 extra star. The device still keeps showing the same 'annoyances'.

New boiler started to leak after 2 weeks (may happen). Clear a hole in one of the tubes that come out of the heat exchanger. Called the supplier and referred to Intergas. Intergas called and before I could finish my story, the operator started to shout just about that the installation of the boiler would not be good, a new boiler would never leak, and I had to call the installer. I tried to make it clear that the boiler supplier had referred me to intergas, but Mrs. continued to rattle through me and there was nothing to begin with.

So I called the installer, who came by, asked me what the problem was and said: then you should not be with us, but with intergas.
I then told the story of the great telephone operator of intergas and that I am not getting any further.
Installer offers to give Intergas a call, a phone call of less than 2 minutes, and the next day intergas was at my door to repair the boiler.

Repair and service speed was good. But the way in which I was contradicted by the telephone operator did not seem like anything and was extremely rude.

Info line called as an installer to explain an error with the technical data of the Xtreme 36. Intergas advertises with 17l / min tap water volume 40 degrees and 9l / min tap water volume 60 degrees, which of course is never possible. From 9l 60gaden water you get 15l mixed 40 degrees. (look at the technical data of HRECO36 or other comparable boiler brands) A girl picked up the phone, and she told us that it is possible, because this is the newest model. Explanation from her: our boiler mixes in a different way!
Sweetie! We have a surprise for you! A kettle does not mix water. A mixer tap mixes water. A boiler only provides 60 degrees of water and not 40!
Unbelievable that she was hired at Intergas. A no-nonsense sweetie without any knowledge has been adopted to provide advice for skilled, skilled installers with years of experience. Sorry darling, but we are working on those boilers that you only know from photos. Oh yes and we also have a technical education ... continuous training ....
Can't you hire older service technicians / installers / plumbers from our branch with 20-30 years of experience? Enough of us has problems with his back / knee ...

Intergas has now responded very well and it turns out that the problem was not the app, but the gateway. This was an outdated version which had problems keeping a constant connection with the app. The new gateway was easy to install and the app has been working fine so far. Thanks for the excellent service.

Old review: Problems with the Comfort Touch app for some time now, which you should use as a new app. The previous one worked fine. Now malfunctions almost daily, stays on at night or does not turn on in the morning. And unfortunately Intergas will let you down. Unfortunately, I am not the only one, see all the reviews for the Comfort Touch App. Incidentally, the boiler (Integral Compact HRE) works well.
