Ordered a slide from intergard via bol.com on 6 April. This would be delivered within 2 weeks, only 5 weeks later the slide was delivered.
In all those weeks never received a message about the status of the order. I contacted myself 4 times about the status, every time an excuse that the slide was on its way.
I took the slide out of the plastic, put it against our playhouse and our daughter slipped off it. Our daughter almost fell off because of a deviating kink in the slide so that she did not slide off in a smooth movement but went a bit through the air and ended up hard on the slide again.
I immediately put down the slide and put the old slide back against the house.
The next day I registered the slide return via the website of bol.com. Intergard did not want to take the slide back because we had unpacked the slide and used it once.
After many phone calls with bol.com, intergard finally agreed to pick up the slide. I have asked 4 times for an email with the return condition, how should the slide be packed, should there be a return label on what day, what time and which package service?
Intergard has never sent an email containing the above questions.
I packed the slide with garbage bags and duck tape (I received the slide in a plastic bag) almost the same as I received it, and handed it to the parcel service. The parcel service apparently damaged the slide.
Now intergard does not want to take back the slide, they say that I did not pack the slide correctly and that it is therefore damaged.
Now it seems to me that the parcel service has been sloppy with the slide and has caused damage, shouldn't they also have to pay for the costs?
Intergard has a very bad service, not customer oriented at all. Poorly accessible. As soon as your money is received, they will not hear from them, no updates, nothing. Awful customer service !!
