Made an order on 4 March for a number of garden screens and posts of a total of 440 euros. To date (more than 2.5 months later) I have not received anything, despite the expected delivery time of 3-10 days.
After e-mailing and calling a number of times after the order, it appeared that there were problems with the supplier's delivering the screens. Intergard only does not let itself be heard about this delay and I have to keep calling and e-mailing myself to get the order delivered. In the meantime, they continue to offer the same garden screens on the website as in stock and available within 3-10 days ....
I am very dissatisfied with the service of this company.

I have placed an order for a swimming pool for more than 400 euros, the delivery time would be a few days after having received nothing for 2 weeks and I called it and it was no longer available. I then asked for my money back and she said to the very unfriendly employee that this had already happened. However, I had not received anything yet !!! I waited for a weekend and still haven't received anything !!! They no longer answer the phone I was in the queue for 15 minutes and then they hung me up! I don't recommend this company to anyone!

I was on this unloading company, it went quickly from the hand, the only minus is that you have to step backwards under the ramp from the street. Despite the language barriers, the warehousemen were very helpful and even offered coffee for the departure. recommend

Absolutely not recommended to anyone! Unless you want to be taken by the leg. The products are absolutely not quality and keep on the line in terms of delivery time (more than a month later), delivering wrong products, wrong quantities, damaged products ... you have to arrange the return completely yourself, and then you also have to wait months for you get your money back and also get too little back !!! Really a big mess from start to finish and unreliability there. As a gardener for 8 gardens wood concrete fences ordered from them. That's what you get as a thankfulness. Unbelievable! Too bad you have to give at least 1 star here, but they don't even deserve that one star!

It is really very difficult to order online there. After 4 attempts, it worked. There is no help at all on the phone. I have the impression that they don't want customers. I'm curious when the fence will be delivered and what the quality looks like.

I read a lot of negative experiences here. We don't have that at all. Now ordered several times as a private individual and so far everything neatly delivered and excellent quality. Recommended for us.

According to the website, the wooden planks I ordered were in stock and should be delivered between 4 and 7 working days. However, the practice looked as follows: After a little over 2 weeks, there was no goods or shipping confirmation. When I asked by email, I received a response within a few days that the wood was out of stock. When asked how long it will take to receive the goods, I have received no response for almost 14 days. It is just stupid that it had to be paid in advance and the terms and conditions state that exceeding the delivery date does not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale.
So 1 month passed and nothing happened. So there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of information and customer care.
Since I have not yet received the goods, no statement can be made about the quality of the products.

Ordered a slide from intergard via bol.com on 6 April. This would be delivered within 2 weeks, only 5 weeks later the slide was delivered.
In all those weeks never received a message about the status of the order. I contacted myself 4 times about the status, every time an excuse that the slide was on its way.
I took the slide out of the plastic, put it against our playhouse and our daughter slipped off it. Our daughter almost fell off because of a deviating kink in the slide so that she did not slide off in a smooth movement but went a bit through the air and ended up hard on the slide again.
I immediately put down the slide and put the old slide back against the house.
The next day I registered the slide return via the website of bol.com. Intergard did not want to take the slide back because we had unpacked the slide and used it once.

After many phone calls with bol.com, intergard finally agreed to pick up the slide. I have asked 4 times for an email with the return condition, how should the slide be packed, should there be a return label on what day, what time and which package service?
Intergard has never sent an email containing the above questions.
I packed the slide with garbage bags and duck tape (I received the slide in a plastic bag) almost the same as I received it, and handed it to the parcel service. The parcel service apparently damaged the slide.
Now intergard does not want to take back the slide, they say that I did not pack the slide correctly and that it is therefore damaged.
Now it seems to me that the parcel service has been sloppy with the slide and has caused damage, shouldn't they also have to pay for the costs?

Intergard has a very bad service, not customer oriented at all. Poorly accessible. As soon as your money is received, they will not hear from them, no updates, nothing. Awful customer service !!

Had to be patient for the willow mats, but are very happy with it! Beautiful quality for a great price (saves almost half with Intratuin !!). Top!

Articles ordered on the site and selected for collection at the branch in Wierden. On the site I only find no information about where exactly the collection should take place, and how this works. It also says nowhere whether you will be notified when your order has been delivered and is ready for collection. Checked by phone and can be picked up when you receive an email. No info about a time or the like. After two and a half weeks of waiting, I called after the order. This had just been delivered. Collection is only possible until 2 p.m. on working days. Tricky, but good. You have to choose a time when you want to come, fine. We are there at the agreed time and it is very busy. No parking option and therefore always have to move the car for trucks driving away. It was chaotic in the hall where the articles were supposed to lie. Part of our order was not there, after a long wait we got something different than we ordered (we now have to saw the posts shorter). The articles themselves look good.
It seems as if this wholesaler is really aimed at wholesaling. Little affinity with private persons, very focused on sending articles instead of also picking up. There is another nice area for improvement!

Can underline the reviews regarding artificial hedges. Both artificial hedge bamboo and the hedera cannot be compared at all to the photos on the website. We just had to laugh when it came out of the package. Items returned including insurance on 2 May. Sent email on the same date but no response / money back.

0 communication and slow shipping. Footprints all over the products

What a bad company! Purchased playground equipment for our daughter. The dimensions according to the website were 2.60m, turns out to be 3.60m! Description for assembly is in Polish !!!!
In addition, the website states that it includes swings and hooks and in the title it says excl. Customer service called, initially we would get them after delivery. I had to send an email with the order confirmation and then it would be arranged. After 2 days no response yet called again. We could whistle at the swings and hooks because they weren't included. If you say that you are not going to pay before it is properly resolved, immediately threaten the bailiff.
Once again sent an email with complaint. No response to date. What a lousy customer service !!

Ordering is also not desired. They don't feel like dealing with that.

When they ordered a garden house, they were delivered incomplete. After more than a week of waiting for the replacement part, damage has occurred to the garden house due to storm. Intergard does not want to reimburse anything yet.
We are now going to start legal proceedings ....

Very poor service! Do not buy from this company, even poor quality stuff, which are sold for the main prize.

Ordered bamboo mats. These are neatly delivered, only the quality is absolutely not as described in the advertisement and in the photos. Have sent an email 2 days after the order and this has never been responded to. In addition, the delivery costs are very high. Even if you order stuff for 400 euros, they still charge you a 50 euro delivery fee. This should not be possible if a customer spends that much. Therefore can certainly not recommend them.

I have ordered a gazebo was there within a few days very cheap and very good quality. This is a recommendation anyway.

Unfortunately disappointing; Long delivery times were known. Timber furniture for the price I had expected something more than a stack of badly impregnated boards (mammalian), screws and a one-sided guide (a picture). Wood was properly warped, had many staple needles, discoloration by paper ... has nothing to do with timber or timber optics. Screws were not complete, were replenished, but in a different shade. Reviews of the products on the dealer page directly were not published. I have ordered a 2 benches, 2 armchairs and a table, on occasion I can still pictures ...

Garden house Sutton purchased, very good quality at an unbeatable price, delivered within 5 days. Go order here more often. Top!

Container cabinet ordered. Delivered today and bad material! Screws are all very ugly. The wood is bent so that the flaps on top do not fit properly. If you screw, you screw the wood into pieces. They can pick up the cupboard again and they want a refund!

We have been waiting for a fence for six to seven weeks and are always fooled on the phone about when it will be delivered.

I have ordered a part for a stone BBQ.
Then after a week I called what the status of my order was. I got an annoyed man on the phone who referred me to the website where I could read the terms and conditions. Stating that they had 3 to 10 working days.
Where on I only asked what the status of the order was. No answer.
After 3 weeks it becomes
Part delivers but not the part as shown on the site.
I call again, the employee hangs up here they are looking forward to.
That's how rude they treat paying customers.
Still considering whether I will return the block.
As customers, we have 8 days for this.
Rarely found such a worthless company on the internet.
Never do business with it again.
My advice

BE CAREFUL THAT YOU ORDER WHAT !! They pretend to be a neat company that has their affairs in order, BUT the reality is different. Quality far below par, the most beautiful product photos in the webshop. But what you get delivered at home is nothing like it. In terms of customer service, you should also expect something here, yes waiting is all they think you should do. Never experienced this before!

I arrived here after looking on the website. However, it turned out not to be a store upon arrival. Yet they helped me and I went home with the products. Top service.

Had to wait a long time until final delivery date, not very much, but package wet damaged and flowers damaged delivered.
And on top of that very badly treated by customer service, everyone was wrong except themselves.
Site nicely set up professionally but service very amateurish and poor !!!

A while back a hedera artificial hedge for a fence purchased from Intergard. They correspond (it appears afterwards) with photos where the hedge is placed on both sides of the fence and where there is a green cloth on the fence. It says in the advertisement that this is only the case with "photo 2", but on other photos a clearly full hedge can be seen.

After confirmation it appears that the hedge is very thin, you look right through it and the density in terms of leaves is really minimal. Mail was not responded to, so called after 4 days. The blunt farmer on the other side of the line communicated that the hedge could be returned undamaged. Anyway, can a company be trusted which people who are bombarded with fake photos ??

Tried to make a counter-proposal but that was immediately dismissed without going into it. Apparently they have enough customers because they care 0.000 that I am very dissatisfied!
