Articles ordered on the site and selected for collection at the branch in Wierden. On the site I only find no information about where exactly the collection should take place, and how this works. It also says nowhere whether you will be notified when your order has been delivered and is ready for collection. Checked by phone and can be picked up when you receive an email. No info about a time or the like. After two and a half weeks of waiting, I called after the order. This had just been delivered. Collection is only possible until 2 p.m. on working days. Tricky, but good. You have to choose a time when you want to come, fine. We are there at the agreed time and it is very busy. No parking option and therefore always have to move the car for trucks driving away. It was chaotic in the hall where the articles were supposed to lie. Part of our order was not there, after a long wait we got something different than we ordered (we now have to saw the posts shorter). The articles themselves look good.
It seems as if this wholesaler is really aimed at wholesaling. Little affinity with private persons, very focused on sending articles instead of also picking up. There is another nice area for improvement!
