We went to work with Intereno to get a completely different kitchen so that everything looks nice again, and the result is amazing, it has become super nice, and the staff was very nice, they would definitely recommend, where I I am enormously happy with the drawer that they made from the cupboards, it saves so much stoop work, just great and has become great and thank you people from Intereno.

Intereno is a company that is mainly out to get people to say 'yes' as quickly as possible and makes no effort to deviate from the script. Drawing up an ordinary quotation is too much trouble, showing a front, too much trouble, deciding now because otherwise 'they' have to come back and then it suddenly becomes 'more expensive', nasty selling ways that less articulate people put up with.

Intereno appears unable to provide a quotation. Furthermore, the emails are rather overbearing, such as 'that the man must be present', otherwise they make a new appointment. Texts like 'you live here alone?' It is 2020 wake up and smell the coffee. It is dripping with mediocrity.

In my case, the appointment was first canceled but then it was presented as if I had canceled. Worthless service in the sales process, moderate adviser, who is absolutely unable to have a normal conversation. Such a shame and so transparent. A waste of my time and that of Intereno too, so you don't make customers that way.

In short, Intereno is no use if you are orientating on the possibilities, because they 'don't care about that'. Within 5 minutes I turned my back on the conversation and urged the gentleman to leave the building. That was 'suddenly' a strange state of affairs. Very annoying and annoying when people who are on the move think that with their 80s sales talks like a modern door-to-door person they think that they will put you off the hook. Bah bah bah. If the advice process is already howling, the quality of service can only be disappointing. In short, ignore it.

I had an appointment this afternoon with a salesperson at my home and previously indicated by telephone that my wife would NOT be present at the appointment (she works in healthcare and is in the middle of CORONA). This was then approved and the agreement was made.
Either the seller did not know this or he did and indicated that agreements are only made with a partner (imagine that your partner is working or in the ICU at that time or you do not have a partner)
The seller ignored my explanation and I would be called back by customer service to reschedule.
I immediately called their head office in Putten and made it clear that I do not accept this. In this period of uncertainty and the developments of Corona, I think that this company must also adjust its policy and this is not really customer-friendly.
Why does your partner have to be there? And if you don't have a partner?
Sorry but this company is a thing of the past for me.

Seller kindly called me after I left email. He wanted to make an appointment but I was obliged to bring partner in the approximately 2 hour conversation on-site. I asked if I could do this on my own but you guessed it, no I couldn't. I decide whether I want to make the appointment alone or together (they do not know whether my partner is sick / want to do so and so completely relinquish it / or whether they have nothing to say in the house that I arrange the 'that is not so: P '), but according to the' head office 'they only talk to the partners together and he did not want to send anyone along. This company is asking WAY too much money for replacing the fronts and kitchen worktop etc.
We had someone come and measure and he came to a price of 7500, - !!! We were so shocked, not normal!
And this for a small corner unit in an apartment. Half a year ago this was the idea for the sale of the apartment to freshen it up a bit.
Now bought a NEW kitchen for our new home for 8900 including all new appliances and including a rinsing island.

So it seems better to buy a new one. So I cannot say anything about the quality of this company
But final conclusion: If you ask me: don't do interneno!
