Well we had a problem with a knock and squeak in the front during the Mazda warranty period.
The garage found nothing and paid over 200fr for the investigation because that had nothing to do with the guarantee.
The noises got louder and louder but the guarantee time was up.
The garage after that, it could be the steering head of the handlebar and paid over 1500fr.
Unfortunately the problem was not solved.
Changed the garage and paid 400.- fr for further repairs since the mechanic guessed the brakes are.
Unfortunately it wasn't.
After 6 years as a customer of a Mazda Garage Franz AG we were kicked out because we threatened the garage with a lawyer.
Finally, we finally found a garage where Mazda has nothing to do, the car was repaired for 1500.- and the problem was solved.
The sad thing is that we had reported everything to Mazda Suisse by email and never received an answer.
I happened to be on the Mazda Suisse website and got an invitation chat and I explained the whole situation to the lady, we will definitely never buy a Mazda again because of the poor performance and garages.
She said we should call mazda Suisse tomorrow and report it again.
Well, because no one in charge was present, the customer service said she was sorry and goodbye.
She didn't even ask if I would like a call back from someone in charge
A REAL STRONG APLAUS
everything evades with criticism and problems

Basically we are satisfied with the CX-3 (2018). BUT the services after the purchase are unacceptable: the defects that have existed since the new purchase are still not resolved even after 24 months, although the dealer has clearly confirmed to us that they are defects (and a warranty case has been opened) and several CX- 3 owners have the same problem. The customer is put off that the dealer cannot do anything if Mazda CH does nothing. It is a safety-related option (head-up display) that has been paid for and a problem with the rear seat bench (middle seat cannot be used). The 5-year guarantee is probably more marketing. Another problem is the tedious map update with the Mazda Toolbox due to a missing server connection to the Naviextras update server. Several links in the MZDConnect newsletter do not work and do not help. With more and more connectivity in the vehicle, that's really annoying.

I drive a Mazda CX-5, Bj 10.2013. I always have problems with the workshops. The bills are overpriced and the work is miserable. The car has been losing oil since the last service and the workshop doesn't care. I'll never buy a Mazda again
