I had an appointment this afternoon with a salesperson at my home and previously indicated by telephone that my wife would NOT be present at the appointment (she works in healthcare and is in the middle of CORONA). This was then approved and the agreement was made.
Either the seller did not know this or he did and indicated that agreements are only made with a partner (imagine that your partner is working or in the ICU at that time or you do not have a partner)
The seller ignored my explanation and I would be called back by customer service to reschedule.
I immediately called their head office in Putten and made it clear that I do not accept this. In this period of uncertainty and the developments of Corona, I think that this company must also adjust its policy and this is not really customer-friendly.
Why does your partner have to be there? And if you don't have a partner?
Sorry but this company is a thing of the past for me.
