Horrible. I tried to call for 2 days to set up a payment! Got hung up on from the automated messages for 2 days! Day 3, they cut off my electric! I finally got them by pretending there was a power outage. They wouldn't turn my power back on even though I have a sick kid at home and I could set up a payment for the next day (on pay day). Heartless. I had to get a loan. Thanks for nothing! There is no other company I can use either. :-(
They overcharge for electric and say when you stop using them they will pay it back to you well I've waited 6 years and still no check. They say they don't know when they are going to pay it back. Sounds like a big PONZA game to me they owe me about $2500 I wonder who else they owe to.
Called Intercounty for an issue with our transformer that was causing us to be without heat. Within 15 minutes there was someone at our house addressing the issue. In less than hour we had a new transformer installed and heat in our house. Great job!! Very much appreciated.
I don't know what to say because they treat me differently than my husband. When they have talked to him they roll out the red carpet , for me they drill me for info and act like I am breaking the law .
