Call multiple times and no one answer the phone and the voicemail is full, that tells me they don t listen the voicemails or take the time to erase them. They also don t respond to emails. I wonder if anyone is working there, is this a fictitious office? Very disappointed on the costumer service for a Government office.
They do great service. I received my passport in about 2 weeks. I always come here to handle my Panama papers. Mariela has great customer service. Keep the good work.

Fast and reliable services. I went to renew my passport and it took 11 business days to have it ready.
So unprofessional I have been trying to reach there office for weeks just to find out if you have to have an appointment and they never answer there phone and there voicemail is not even set up but I m pretty sure even if it was they wouldn t return my call anyway. I really hate to drive 3 hrs just to be told I need an appointment when all it would take is for someone to answer the phone .. last time I went there they were so rude ..someone needs to go in there and fire all of them .
I lost my passport and they got me a replacement within a few day, great staff!
This place lacks professionalism in particular MARIELA GERVASIO. It s been almost 2 months since my husband hasn t received his passport. The times we been trying to reach her, she has the audacity to rush you rudely off the phone, blames the Panamanian consulate in Panama for the the delayed and now she decides the best way to handle this situation is to not answer any of our calls or emails. You need to be replaced from this place with a professional who will be attentive and show common courtesy to follow up with clients. Many friends who tried renewing their passport always had a problem with her unprincipled work ethic. People who pay $230 for their passport deserve a better service!!!!!! Get it together!
