Really nice hotel. The lady that checked us in was extremely nice and very friendly. The hotel and the room was very clean. Also, the hotel was in a great location. Only complaint I have is the food in the restaurant is extremely pricey.
This is just a smart hotel. No resort fees, giant rooms and big bathrooms. Great location, great staff and it appears to have more dining options available too. I recommend 200%.
Stayed here for 2 weeks for business. During these two weeks, I had laundry needs, food deliveries, amazon deliveries, parking, etc. All of my needs and requests were promptly and appropriately taken care of. The staff at this property is really great! Views were amazing from Room 1819. It's unfortunate that some of the hotels services and the general area had limited offerings, but overall it was a pleasant stay :)
one of the maximum exciting hotels of all time. The ambiance become high-quality and free from any sort of negativity. The room turned into safe and thoroughly sanitized. Visited nearby pubs and eating places for a extraordinary night. Even went for stroll at River stroll as properly with my wife.
The service was great. The rooms were nice and nice view too. There's a lot of places to eat near by. We walk to a restaurant near the hotel. I will stay here next time we come to SF.
I got 2 rooms, one with 2 full beds and one with king size. I will tell you, the beds are the best. The beds from this hotel are The best. Even my sister said the same thing.
This is the first time we used the swimming pool with kids. The access to the pool is quite a long walk when carrying a heavy toddler but it's super nice. I really wanna know their secrets on how to keep the whole place so well maintained. This hotel is always neat and classic. Must visit!
Great hotel, rooms are what you would expect from an intercontinental hotel. Clean with nice layout and amenities. only complaint is the parking cost of $70. And that's to self park at your own risk.
We were disappointed that the pool was closed but was told we would get a room on one of the top floors. When we checked in she said she could only give us a room on the 12th floor facing the street. The room and view was beautiful. Starting @1:00 am and every hour till 5:00 am we were awaken by screaming sirens from the fire department. My husband is a light sleeper. He is a light sleeper and was miserable and tired the next morning. We were there to celebrate his belated bday and our anniversary. The hotel came highly recommend by a friend and a patient. My husband was very upset with my choice of hotels, given we live in San Francisco and have many choices. When we told the front desk what had happened they just said sorry and smiled and gave us a card to book with them directly because they never promise customers upper floor rooms. How does that solve the issue? My husband never wants to return, I had wished they would invite us back guaranteeing a quiet room to make up fir the horrible experience. But I guess they don't need the return business.
Do not recommend if you are not a deep sleeper and enjoy sirens waking you out of deep sleep. However, the view and room is beautiful and clean. Bring clothes pins if you like to sleep in past sun rise because the shades don't close all the way and the windows are very large.
Overall not too bad. No microwave water pressure was low our floor smelled like weed for a soild day. Parking prices are crazy. Staff was really nice and it was very quiet.
