InterContinental Toronto Centre Review

Nice place, great view of the city and wonderful staff.

My 3 favorite things about this hotel: 1. Location - easy and close access to Union Station, including the train to Pearson Airport; 2. Friendly and very helpful staff (thanks!); and 3. Finally (!) hotel rooms with enough lighting for whatever you need to do.
Clean, and covid protocols are being followed and enforced. Plenty of elevators and beautiful views. Nice

Excellent hotel, the staff was friendly and helpfull.
The rooms are ok, i guess i was expecting a little more for an intercontinental, the fridge was locked and couldnt open it. The tv wasnt working so well most of the time.
On the positive side the beds were very comfortable, the rooms was clean and the location was perfect (the view on both sides of the hotel looked awesome), close to restaurants
Union station, the cn tower, metro stations etc.
I ordered breakfast in the morning , was served hot and fresh, directly to the room (they bring you your own table )

Overall i had a nice stay but, was expecting a bit more from the actual room amenities.

Good stay. Comfy bed. Good cable. Tho pillows are too soft. Comfy robes.

Very nice hotel with a convenient location. Near the CN tower, you can get the chance to have an outstanding view of the tower.
It is also not far from the city center and all sorts of businesses such as supermarkets and restaurants.
The staff there is really nice and available for any of your requests.

For most part it was a pleasant stay however, our room for hours wasn t heating properly so they had to bring a heater. Next morning we let front desk staff know about the heat for future guests and they accused us trying to get a discount. Unprofessional.

Very disappointed in how their front of house treat their guests. Please provide better training on how to treat guests.

Excellent hotel, well done clean and modern rooms. I with comfortable beds and decent tv entertainment. Room came equipped with mini bar. (something that is becoming rather rare these days unfortunately) loved the modern shower and bathroom. And the view from my room was to the South West. I could see the rail lines and the lake. Absolutely lovely. Staff were knowledgeable and polite and the hotel is a very short walk across the road from the train station which provides a direct link to the airport.

At check-in Michael was great, he followed up to ensure the room was good. Also, we encountered a slight issue and Evangeline at the front desk was quick to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Really good steps for Covid precautions to ensure guests feel protected and safe. Great location to so many things!

This property should be set as an example of excellent customer service.
My husband and I booked this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After finalizing my booking, I reached out to the hotel and had a pleasure talking to Tod. He was very friendly, compassionate, polite and had outstanding communication skills. Tod went above and beyond to make our weekend memorable. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be returning to this property for sure!

CN Tower View through window. This place is amazing for staycation. During covid can t access the entire hotel yet couldn t complain their friendly hospitality.
