An expensive and traditional hotel, there is no new or distinguished services

Clean , high level of customer service, professional employees

One of the best international hotels around the world

I spent a weekend in this hotel with my wife.
The check-in reception was very courteous, helpful and friendly, and I was upgraded to a junior suite for being an Ambassador.
But the negative side is that the room was really worn out and in bad need of uplift. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagging, the sofa upholstery was torn, some tiles in the bathroom were loose, and the AC was very noisy.
This is definitely NOT Intercontinental standard, and I hope a much-needed renovation will take place soon.

The weekly pool session for me is calm and beautiful despite the hotel's footing but there is periodic maintenance

I do not know about other facilities,

The hotel's main restaurant is located in the upper part of the hotel and the view from the hotel's garden. It has a large hall for parties, events and other smaller gatherings and conferences.

I like the place calm down and the activities I like to do, but if they renew carpet floor

One of the oldest luxury hotels in Riyadh.
Recently renovated, it has become more elegant and elegant and contains conference rooms and weddings wonderful and famous, perhaps the most famous Buraidah celebrations hall.

Beautiful memories and a conference that answers wellness

This is a great place to do everything for a conference or exhibition as well as a great hotel with a golf club

Their Gym is awesome. It is quite empty and it is open twenty four hours a day. The trainer there is very knowledgeable and friendly and really knows his stuff. The only issue is the pricing. Recently they doubled their pricing for the gym because they renovated it. However, I give it five stars because of the timings of the gym and how it's relatively empty usually and there is a good parking space available. IF you have the money, then go to this gym, if not, then Fitness Time is the best.

A great place, especially the outdoor swimming pool area. I learned to swim with my father 25 years ago. It was and still is sophisticated and beautiful I hope I answer my children learn to swim someday

The cake is old, dry, and the cappuccino is less than normal. A quarter of the cup and the rest are foam, but the overall atmosphere is great

We were 35 to try out our team dinner at Intercontinental-Riyadh, but complete disappoint.
1. In the chilling cold winter there was not Heating arrangement. and arranged seating beside swimming pool.
2. Food Quality was really horrible.
Saudi Campaign was tasteless. The item they called Chicken Manchurian was something else but for sure not the same. Waiters did not know what they are serving initially they said Biriyani Rice but later they find it is chicken Biriyani. The List is really frustrating and long.
3. Restaurant Manager was rude when we highlighted the vegetable curry is already spoiled and our veg Team members are not able to eat and all the above, he stated "If you want to have as per your quality, Go to a Authentic Indian Restaurant."
I strongly suggest not to visit especially at MONDO Restorent. The Rude arrogant managers name was "Sunil" or Something like that.

Central Riyadh does not need further explanation of his fame
