Unfortunately, the hotel does not live up to its ambition and reputation
The starters are poor and slow, there is only one staff member because it is Saturday!
The room reservation staff treated very poorly
The TV does not comment on the clarity of the channels
The bathroom shattaf is wrong !!

Bowling, golf, swimming pools, restaurants, great staff and interior.

I stayed there one in old room but it was not bad as i thought but check in done by the trainee ladies staff, and even the trainer staff didn't recognize the ihg membership i liked the concierge service, i think he is Egyptian he explained all facilities

I have a simple suggestion to give me a free night, I mean, since I am a graduate, as well as a gift from you.

The orchard buffet is very nice but the price is expensive to grill two people with a large water tray of about 500 riyals

Old. Some of the amenities should be renovated or fixed.

Class...this sums up this establishment....The Club Suite is fabulous especially the Staff that man this section.

Good location, but room furniture is old. Definitely, candidate for upgrade & renovation. I do not like bathtub showers & need to replace with walk in shower.

The hotel is ordinary and not new and its place is inconvenient to get to but it is tidy

Went for bowling, balls were damaged, didn't felt like a 5 star hotel

This property is very nice and lavish. They have golf course inside the property. The location is one of the most elite areas of Riyadh. It is close to Parliament area and hence main street is always surrounded with army. There is nothing to roam around close by as it is high alert area

Located in the center of Riyadh ... in front of the Ministry of the Interior ... and the Intercontinental Group of famous hotels around the world .. It is one of the most luxurious hotels and oldest .. And they have services and care of the guest .. The best care for those who have religion to participate in the card points and membership .. They are taken feet The hotel is not just fresh .. I advise you to try the accommodation in the group hotels

The brushes are old and the appliances are all very poor. The only good thing is breakfast
