Rooms are OK but outdated, pool was in renovation, accounting was poor. The booking, the prices, the invoicing and the charging was a bit chaotic. Finally thhey charged wrongly my private Visa with much more money then invoiced. Breakfast prices are negotiable, we finally agreed to 100 SAR each. But were charged less......

It's so luxurious man, the reception is so polite it got every thing a hotel needs

The Inter Continental Hotel is a more than wonderful hotel. Much goes to this place, where it enjoys all the services, vlp and very large spaces.

excellent place they are friendly, the room are spacious, qibla sign with matt and the holy quraan, old style which i loved the most with relaxing colors and the alarm clock has usb port to charge your phone

Think twice if you are a western female. The state of the art gym advertised is 100% MALE ONLY. Women can only work out from 6am-2pm in a small room on the basement cut off from cell service and WiFi. Also, check if you are in a room near the guards that sit by the VIP rooms. Very loud with change over, watching movies, on the phone etc. at all hours. Because of this, I requested a room change and in the process someone gained unauthorized access and let their selves in my room to leave a love note requesting my phone/snap/contact information and praised my beauty etc the hotel managers were quick to apologize I ve me to another secure floor with no guards. I m still not sure how someone was able to gain access to my room for their personal desires of trying to flirt with me but it s quite concerning. There are many other hotels in the area that you don t need this hassle/harassment at.

A bit organized .. But for the open buffet after the end of eating is thrown from the buffet open in the garbage Akramkm God and this waste of grace

Buraidah Ballroom, one of the best halls, and a good entry and exit arrangement

The hotel is luxurious and well known and I suffered a little while entering the designated gate and attending a meeting there ..

We stayed here over the Eid Break. Great hotel with very courteous staff !
The rooms do need some upgrading but the hotel has excellent facilities. The pool was fab but bowling was closed due to COVID. Breakfast in the room was a hit.

I attended a large conference and the area was spacious and organized.
The conference hall is massive.

What needs comment I consider distinct and reasonable prices

It has excellent stylistic positions and a beautiful style

Went there for bowling with friends, good vibes and vast hotel with luxury entrance and facilities but unfortunately bowling was not so good
1. Balls was not enough
2. Some lanes were not aligned and need maintenance
3. No facilities nearby to even buy water or any refreshments- at least they could put vending machines for the customers
Overall place was satisfactory for us and we enjoyed the night even took small tour on the outdoor places and restaurant on the pool which was quiet and relaxing.
Prices for bowling was OK compared to other places.
