Great hotel, lovely services, excellent decor, very comfortable dealing with the patrons

InterContinental Hotels Group is distinguished by luxury and premium services from reception to accommodation in rooms and additional services to provide the customer with comfort and distinction to the end, as well as private parking services in the parking spaces.

The hotel is quite old but clean - in particular rooms need a renovation

Staff is extra friendly but not always efficient. Sometimes you have to ask for things 3 or 4 times to happen.

With stiffer competition nowadays in Riyadh (Hyatt, etc.) which has all new buildings, this hotel will need to invest in its future soon or otherwise will loose business.

Overall, I recommend to stay at one of the modern 5* hotels until this one gets renovated

The hotel is nice but the new rooms have no showers in the bathrooms .... this should be resolved

The furniture that emerged from the opening of the hotel did not change it !!!!

Luxurious and tidy hotel, the handling of the staff is very classy and the rooms are clean

One of the best high-end places in Riyadh for the Secretariat, especially Buraydah Hall very high performance delicious eating upscale service from the entrance to the cars to enter the hotel and I had previous experience in a very wonderful health club and bowling lounge as well as excellent tennis courts and integrated place for the Secretariat

Clean big rooms but old fashioned. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Unfortunately it is bad, very old and not luxurious, just a name, and its exaggerated price does not deserve an experience that will not be repeated

A luxury hotel often receives beautiful but old government guests

It was my first visit to this hotel. Access to the hotel is easy and parking is adequate. I participated in a conference in the conference room. The place is spacious, welcoming and clean. Everyone welcomes the guests with a welcoming smile and the food was a delicious and varied buffet.

Located in the heart of Riyadh, this hotel is a classic hotel with a central location and features large and luxurious banquet halls.

Mondo's was great! Pick up an entertainer book to avail 2for1 main course!
