The hotel is quite old but clean - in particular rooms need a renovation

Staff is extra friendly but not always efficient. Sometimes you have to ask for things 3 or 4 times to happen.

With stiffer competition nowadays in Riyadh (Hyatt, etc.) which has all new buildings, this hotel will need to invest in its future soon or otherwise will loose business.

Overall, I recommend to stay at one of the modern 5* hotels until this one gets renovated
