Located next to pondok indah mall 2, south jakarta, the mosque is on the 6th floor, restaurant on the 1st floor. Many food menu choices from various countries, a matter of taste mantabs.

I just found out there is a five star hotel at the location of the PIM mall. Google map directions can show the location with great detail and accuracy.

I have never stayed overnight but was at an event. The meeting place is neat, clean, organized with hotel staff services who are ready to help. No need to worry or hesitate to ask for their help and most of it is very well done. LCD projector, power jack, replacement of drinks or snacks will be fine.

The toilets are clean and checked regularly so that they are well maintained. Mushalla for places of worship is available on the opposite wing. There are lockers available for shoe holders. The ablution place is very comfortable and clean. The place for prayer with a prayer mat is neat, clean and still fragrant.

The taste of snack food is guaranteed. Coffee, tea, juice, mineral water available. Various cakes available.

Buffet lunch. Types of food from Japanese, Middle Eastern, Western, Asian style are available complete with delicious, delicious, hauce, oishi and very delicious flavors.

Personal expectations may the quality of service, venue and cuisine continue. I am one of those who believe customers will love this hotel.

It was clean, the location was good and the water park voucher was free too, which was great.

It was a 5 star hotel but it doesn't felt like one.

I brought my family to experience this hotel, unfortunately we weren't satisfied with their services.

First, the elevator was a horror. It shakes too much, noisy and wasn't comfortable to be inside it.

Even the facilities were outstanding, those weren't enough overcome our dissatisfaction. We tested its services by wearing simple humble clothes, some of the staff just won't greet us or smile at us or even just turn their back on us.

The breakfast were terrible. Most of 'em just taste like a regular food along with regular services. Even when we left the coffee shop, they did NOT greet nor say thank you.

Only 4 person that gave me a warm services; the security guys that guarded after the pim's gate, the pool guy, the bell boy and the security at the lobby.

The receptionist didn't gave me such a warm farewell. He didn't asked about my stay, ask if there's any complaint or try find out what can be done to increase their services. He just care bout my room key and check bout the mini bar.

the hotel inside the beautiful cottage mall is integrated and makes it easy for people who want to rest as well as easy shopping

It's a pity the driver area isn't as comfortable as other smaller star hotels. Hopefully the following matters more attention

Comfortable atmosphere and also luxurious with easy access to Pondok Indah Mall 2.. recommended for people who are looking for hotels with the convenience of shopping and looking for food..

The rooms are nice, parking lots, the maids are polite and friendly, access to Pondok Indah mall is easy, the food is good. What is lacking is the responsiveness of hotel customer service. I once wanted to swim and called the Concierge so that the room was cleaned up, after finishing swimming it was not taken care of. I think because this hotel is quite new, it has not had a maximum customer service. I think in the future hotel services will improve and this review is irrelevant.

The buffet spread is great. I like the seafood and the roast. They have an Indian spread as well

The hotel located on the heart of South Jakarta. Integrated with Biggest Shoping Venue in Town. Near Pondok Indah Golf Course too. I came here when the hotel was soft opening, the facility is good.

The only problem when i was visited last time was the transportation for the customer. They are not ready. I hope when i come again this problem already solved.

Spacious parking space, very good food, very good service

Just visited for cocktails. Drinks were great nice staff and a amazing atmosphere. Just note that drinks are more expensive if you are not a guest at the hotel.

A hotel that I thought was only for business turned out to be good for families. The rooms are very nice with interesting interior decorations. Exclusive minimalism. What is very interesting here is the children's playground. There is a special pool for children and there is a playground equipped with baby swings and youth swings.

Overall this hotel is very good and satisfying. With direct access to Pondok Indah 2 Mall, this hotel is perfect for families who want a weekend.
