New Intercontinental Hotel in Pondok Indah premium area.

I was in restaurant and the services were terrible. Your servant needs more hospitality training!!

The place is grandious and you get what you pay for. The customer service is great. All employee is very kind and have a high standard

Magnificent & strategic close to JL toll road access

A very complete hotel, from meeting rooms to other supporting facilities. The hotel location is very strategic, and has direct access to Pondok Indah Mall (PIM). Not far from the lobby there is also a Starbucks coffee shop.
The food and beverage menu is very varied and on average delicious. The staff and banquet services are also good, fast response. The application of the Covid-19 protocol has also been very good.
Most like the room design both interior and exterior. The room is spacious and there is a work desk. There are connecting rooms too.

Luxurious and nice hotel, very recomended to stay along here and will get lovely dreams here.. With movable tv so we can watching during enjoy your bathub,, awesome

This hotel had founded for many decades in Pondok Indah region Jakarta. The location was beside/behind Pondok Indah Mall 2. The hotel check in at the front desk, needed sometimes to complete and the lugages assisted by room service boy for lodging in. The room was spacious enough with wall to wall carpet, big flat screen television, in room safe deposit and minibar, adequate amenities, shower and bathtube in the bathroom, and queen/king size bed. The restaurant and breakfast zone provided continental and western foods those might fulfill your desire and taste. The improvement should apply to entrance gate security procedure was not comfortable for hotel guests.

Lovin it! Very good and totaly worth the values, big luxurious and comfortable rooms, great services a bit slow on the receptions and registration process, but overall they are nice and friendly.

Meeting for the capacity of participants below 10 people when using the business center room ..

I stayed here for a week and it was awesome in every regard. It is clean, modern, and connected to two major malls. The service and concierage were incredibly friendly and went out of their way too make guests feel at home. I used the gym 5 out of 6 days and it is better than most independent gyms. The breakfast has great selections, well worth trying. It is conveniently located close to other major malls and attractions.

A luxurious new addition to Jakarta 5 star line up. Didn't see the rooms but the lobby quite impressive and the restaurant is lovely although the food offerings not entirely of highest standards yet. Will update my review if I have chance to revisit.

The hotel is good, connected to the beautiful mall cottage, the rooms are comfortable, there is a playground for children. It & amp; # 39; s just that the storage service for goods when they are left checked in is not good, because there is a time lag of about 20 minutes when the items haven't arrived since they arrived in the room. The bell boy also called to the room to check whether the items had arrived and asked what items were brought. This should not have happened if the goods being deposited had been marked with the number or name of the customer. In addition, there is one elevator that has a problem that it cannot go up / to the room even though it has used a card.

A strategic hotel from the main street of Moll PIM 1 & 2, the foremost shopping centers are also near, access to getting a taxi is easy

This is my 1st time came here. Only for dinner. Just like the other 5 star hotel...they serve various cuisine. The hotel is very clean and neat since it's a new hotel. I came with a group of beautiful ladies and their motto are eat and laugh. ^_^

Be careful there are Kopasus officers taking your vehicle certificate

The lobby is big, the decoration is colorful. Fast check in. The room is big and clean. Bathroom is clean. There s a connection to the mall. If you a member you can late check out. The staff are nice and so helpful

New hotel. Modern, bright room. Very good service so far. Still in the soft opening period, so some areas still need improvement. Club lounge is perhaps a little understaffed. Lovely hotel

The hotel is located in Pondok Indah, there is a direct connection with Pondok Indah Mall 2, the location of the connection is right beside the marzano pizza or coffee bean.
The hotel is very spacious, the rooms are really nice and spacious accompanied by a bathtub in the room. The service from the hotel is very satisfying. The quality of the breakfast is very well maintained and all are of high quality. On the lobby floor there is a lounge and also live music (open 24 hours) with a variety of foods and drinks. And besides the hotel lobby there is also starbuck coffee.

A few days ago I attended an annual event organized by Era Indonesia to give awards to Top Marketing Associates and Member Brokers throughout Indonesia. The event was very exciting, we also feel comfortable and amazed to see crystal ceiling lights that are very good ... just one word "I am proud to be able to stop at InterContinental ... Verry Good

Only stopping by at the lobby but the surroundings are very convenient

Rooms are spacious, well designed. Some of the hotel staffs were hospitable, others were rather cranky. Food in their restaurant is rather average, service is not as speedy as other 5-star hotels around Jakarta. The strategic location (if you are looking for a hotel in South Jkt) appeals more than anything.

The room is very spacious super luxurious and big, very comfortable the employees are very friendly

1. A 5-star hotel but no motorbike parking available. The hotel security guards suggest parking the motorbike in a wild parking lot behind the hotel at a cost of IDR 60,000 for 2 days. The gate guard said basement parking was only for cars and employees.
2. The employee is still very stiff, and the restaurant attendant clears the dining table too long.

Overall, when compared with other 5-star hotels, the JW Marriott hotel service is better.

New hotel, food "sugar & spice" food is quite varied, dimsum has many choices, sushi has many choices, unfortunately the fresh sashimi is just tuna and squid.

The hotel is really comfortable, 5 star quality, the staff are friendly. BUT, there is one thing that makes me uncomfortable. Every time I go to breakfast and dinner, the manager named Jonathan always greets my friend, which is WESTERN, while I am Asian, but I am ignored with no courtesy, even for my greetings, he is reluctant, boro-boro, shaking hands with me no. Even though I and my friend are sitting at the table. Is it because I'm ASIA ?? how racist you are !!! This person is the manager ???? Don't because he is BULE then he becomes a manager who doesn't know manners. All staff are FRIENDLY with me except this Jonathan. It made me lazy to come here again. teach him that he doesn't make it racist !! Understand!!! This is a 5-star hotel. Please hired person who has 5 star attitude too !!

The security is like at the airport, there is an ex-ray

The Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is just over one year old and it is a beautiful property. It absolutely deserves it's Five Star status. The quality of the rooms, the furnishings, fittings and amenities cater to most needs from the very comfortable beds, the quiet rooms, to the roomy baths with separate shower and the soft robes and slippers. The hotel has a full spa, gym, pool, lobby bar and restaurant. There are private dining rooms with a wine theme and bespoke menus for those important meetings with lunch or dinner following. There is even a chef's table off the kitchen. The hotel is directly linked to Pondok Indah Mall so there are many dining options in walking distance. If you are doing business in South Jakarta you will not be disappointed.

Not sure how one can say a 5 star hotel, as this intercontinental pondok indah had no one at lobby entrance upon my arrival, no Bell boy and when finally there is a guy he didn't offer to help with the bags to check in. When asked about valet, apparently only for Directors. A 5 star hotel may be a little 5 star. Anyway had to park my car to the carpark and after parked my car my wife carrying my baby had difficulty opening the door and the security at the x-ray didn't bothered or tried helping a woman with a child in opening the door. The Presidential Suite is beautiful, but the bedroom, TV doesn't WORK. Technician came saying some thing about no power and took them a while to fix!! I will not call this a good hotel or a 5 star hotel would you?! I guess Intercontinental don't do regular training or something. And if you are going to use covid as an excuse, might as well keep it close until then, otherwise you are just going to disappoint customers.
