InterContinental Hotels - AL Bustan Palace Review

Definitely one of the most impressive hotel lobbies in the world. It is absolutely spectacular after the recent refurb.

The hotel is spacious and large, the view of the sea with the mountain view is very beautiful, visitors are not allowed to enter the hotel restaurant only at the specified times only for buffet or sit on the sea only after 6:30 pm

Palace hotel in a unique location with private beach that leaves nothing to be desired.

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen, although we did not stay in it, but we managed to see it from the inside. This is a special place.

Although it is an old hotel, the management are maintaining the Luxurious of the hotel.

Great hotel for vacation, not good for business travel. The firewall blocks corporate VPNs so it is not possible to actually get anything accomplished. Make dinner reservations early as there are not enough restaurants on the grounds for the population during peek season. The location is about 20 min from in town dinning. Not the normal "Ritz" quality service, probably why it is not the Ritz Muscat.

This is the sign of Luxury in Omna.Nothing can be much better than this in the city.

Love the hotel. Awesome location but does look a little dated on the outside.

The place is really elegant and classy.. pool is really great and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Went for brunch and I think the service at the beach pavillion for brunch used to be better. Service was quite unattentive unfortunately although it wasn't that crowded.

Nice ambience , beautiful location with a jolly view on one side and a beach on the other. Amazing food and cooperative staff.

Oman is worth a trip! Hiking, swimming, a great opera house, friendly people. And this historic hotel was the perfect starting point for our activities.
We will definitely be back

Prime location, beautiful seaview. Like all other international hotels, alcohol is expensive.

the entrance is a stunner! huge with incredible swarovski cristall. very helpful and friendly waitress/waiters, breakfast buffet has everything,even egg royal can be ordered. palmtree garden and poolarea are astonishing with excellent towel service. rooms and bed have a good size with balcony and view to sea and mountains, unfortunately east side you also hear ac-ventilation if window/door is open. every dinner location has delicious theme-food (turkish,chinese,buffet) with nice wines. if I'm in Oman again I will visit this palace again!!

It is one of the most beautiful hotels to calm down and take a rest. It has a very comfortable bed for sleeping and has a beautiful and charming view. The service is elegant and fast. They have many restaurants, I tried the Turkish only and it was great. They have a place of hookah overlooking the sea. They have a burger of meat that takes away the door. I recommend living in it .. I love you so much.
