Very nice resort. A bit far from everything. Restaurants of a good level. No gastronomy. Beautiful outdoor pool. Indoor pool reserved for women.

I spent a few days at the hotel with my wife. A beatiful hotel with an amazing lobby, perfect service and very helpful staff. You were extremely satisfied and wish to come again.

Lovely place. Reasonable priced restaurants with high above average service and trained staff. Been here several times since discovering it in October 2018. Beautiful inside and out with large well kept grounds and big beach.

Beautiful hotel. Entrance for the whole day to the resort is over ten riales a week and twenty riales is the entrance on the weekend (Friday and Saturday).

A pool experience like no other, make sure to book a room with direct pool access, Food is not great but they are improving. amenities are really nice.

Top-class hotel. Access only with appropriate clothing. Jeans and T-shirt are taboo !!! Otherwise very good German speaking staff and friendly on top of that.

Buram Buram is a beautiful holiday away from the noise with a beautiful pool with a beautiful swimming pool with a beautiful pool with a beautiful architecture, and then with wide grass fields.

We had an unforgettable stay. Very beautiful hotel located in a magnificent site, ideal for total disconnection.

The staff are everywhere smiling and kind. Hygiene is excellent. The catering is rich and very varied.

Toller Service, super Anlage. Staff was so kind and friendly and took their time. The facilities are in great condition and it is constructed in a manner, gursnteeing a lot of privacy. Also compared to other Ritz-Carltons in the region outstanding!!

WoW... The Al Bustan Palace has to have the best hospitality I have experienced! I have stayed in hundred of hotels before however never experienced such warm genuine service like I did here.
I was made to feel like family yet also as a highly valued guest!
Every morning at breakfast the team would remember my name, my table and my preferred drinks... they would genuinely engage in conversation, remember what we talked about the day before. Even a month later when I returned the staff remembered me and continued the conversations we had previously.
I was traveling along however I never felt alone while dining there, every staff member made me feel welcome and did what they could to ensure I enjoyed my stay!
The rooms were beautiful, clean and I enjoyed simply relaxing on my own terrace with direct access to the pool!
The hotel grounds are all very well kept and was great walking around, relaxing.
There is plenty to do and for the kids there is a dedicated area which is fantastic.
I highly recommended this amazing establishment and can t wait to return!

This hotel need no detonation. An iconic awesome place with long beach and water sports, leisure, private parties, huge law and banquet for social events and MICS. It a contemporary lifestyle destination on Muscat, Oman.

well maintained..good sightseeing..however expensive hotel

My wife and I spent a wonderful holiday in Al Bustan, which is in no way beatable. The entire complex is reminiscent of fairy tales of a thousand and one nights, and the service was more than perfect. I would particularly like to emphasize here Paul (Indian), who more than any other in the gastronomic area the guests the wishes from the eyes read. I will do everything possible to visit this fantastic facility as soon as possible.

It was gorgeous. I stayed at some of the Ritz Carltons, but I personally thought that St. Regis would be better. Here is too great (; ^ _ ^ A may seem like that too.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby was amazing and rooms nicely done. The outdoor beach and pool area is fantastic, with complimentary water activities. However, the service is so extremely bad it was shocking. Definitely not what I would expect from a ritz carlton. Such a shame because it has so much going for it. The beach saved it from 1 star. But I will never go back. Lots of better hotels in the area.

Was twice here. Snorkeling at the house reef was partly spectacular. Restaurant was very good.

The gardens, pool and beach are lovely, had a peaceful and relaxed stay there, was a little expensive but in the end was worth it.

What can I say, the reputation of the Ritz hotel chain does not need descriptions, my experience is related to the exclusive use of the pool and the beach .... Nothing to say, fantastic location, fantastic pool, price for entry enough low compared to the average of the place (the equivalent of 15 including fresh water towel and sun bed with umbrella). Great to relax!

Wanderful Hotel.. No need to go other place in Oman. Can enjoy your whole trip just in one place.. Children as well will be happy.. Tennes place.. Mountain.. See.. Garden.. Multiple swimming pools with gaqouzi.. excellent serving beach items. Very nice restaurant and delicious breakfast . Wanderful place.. It is worth to visit it.. I went on March.

One of the best hotels in Oman , the rooms are a bit old but the view is spectacular and breathtaking, I recommend it for a weekend as a get away
