The swimming pool is connected to the beach and has beautiful scenery. The rooms are very clean and comfortable inside and outside. It takes 15 minutes by car to reach the airport to meet basic requirements. Most of the waiters are Filipinos, and they are more casual and can't force too much. Local friends said that this is the most complete hotel in Brunei.
outrageously huge Hotel - apparently once built for Royalty but deemed to vast and opened as Hotel - you could spend a week here and not have done everything available to do, or you can just soak in the pools or ocean. I hope to return one day...but remember if you like to drink alcohol you can't buy any here ;)
Good WiFi, large rooms and they're clean, too. Ocean view looks stunning and lots of things to do like swimming, going to the movie theatre or bowling (and there's more than that).
Breakfast is limited and not too much to my liking, which prevents a five star rating.

This is the palace of the four brothers of Sudan. Because it was built too luxuriously, it was reclaimed into a restaurant by the state. The building materials use many white marble Roman columns and 24K gold-plated. Each railing of the stairs is inlaid with opal stones, in addition to the royal life, the seaside. Private beaches, cinemas and other facilities are also enjoyed by the Imperial Hotel.
It's a lovely hotel by sea side 7 star hotel where generally heads of state stay
This place was beautiful with its high ceilings and marble decor. Staff are all very warm and friendly and ready to please. The room was big and in-room service was excellent. We were on the first floor and walked out to a beautiful pool area. I don t like feather pillows and asked for a firmer one to be delivered by end of day. It arrived in no more than 10 minutes! Plenty of amenities, the buggy ride was convenient especially when we ended dinner one night and there was a thunderstorm and heavy rain. There s a pastry shop that looks like a jewelry store and when you purchase the food items for eating in, they escort you to the atrium where you are seated and served as if you were dining in from the start. Place settings include real linen placemat and napkin, side plate of peanuts and always a small plate of cookies. There are 4-5 restaurants all serving various types of cuisine and many shops for souvenirs. If you don t stay here, plan a visit just to check it out!
If you are traveling in Brunei, you can not think of hotels other than here, so it is a hotel with high cost performance.
Haitian seems to be famous here, but there may be a lot of Malay food, so it may be different.

Wonderful place to stay in. A bit far from the city.
The place is open and clean, the service attitude is first-class, the golf course is very good, the Chinese restaurant Laguna is very comfortable, and the shark's lips can't be tested.
This huge place itself will take few days to cover and see. Good food, amazing location.

Stayed in the ocean room. The sea is not beautiful, but you can see it from the balcony. I couldn't see the sunset, but I could see the Asahi.

Beautiful piece of art, design and construction is great. Very expensive renovation, huge hotel on the edge of the south china deep blue sea. We can say, it is a master piece in whole of Brunei. Staff and services excellent.

The place is TOTALLY awesome. We only visited the place and ate our breakfast here and roam around. This hotel is very very expensive and not recommended for budget travellers.

The best hotel in Brunei. It is a 5 star hotel with a very nice sea-side view. The interior design of the lobby is superb! They have a wide array of dining available especially during festive days such as New Year Eve dinner.
The waters of the sea are in the sky, and there is no end to life. Swimming pool, people do salt lake, the former palace renovation, the style is not doubtful; there are modern equipment, but the food is not expected to be too high.

One of the best hotels to stay in Brunei if you want beach! Very spacious, with huge hall and territory. If it is expensive for you to stay, you just can drop by and have Hi-tea, or lunch and dinner. Big swimming pool and even more. Can do kayaking! Many good souvenir shops, jewelry shops, cake & bread shop and much more. Verity of rooms selection. Around 30 min drive from airport and town.

As the hotel has been highly ranked on the website, so I decided to stay there.
The hotel is luxurious like a palace, and staffs of the hotel are full of warm hospitality.
Their service is abundant like the oil resources of this country.
( I don't know if the English I'm saying is correct I mean, when I drink or eat something in this hotel, they always give another helping with beautiful smile. )
The hotel honors all major credit cards. They can accept VISA, MATER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS unfortunately for Japanese people, JCB and DINNERS are not major credit card abroad.
I couldn t choose the room because I stayed at this hotel by a package tour, but the normal twin room was a very wonderful, and the drink of the refrigerator was free.
I would like to stay a room with a view of the ocean next time.

I remember Dec.23,2015.We have function there.I ve lost my ring in bowling area i ask the tenant there bruneian boy around 4:45pm i think his alone and i ask him,do you saw a ring sir?silver ring because i ask some help and aswered me "ITS NOT MY FAULT"...WOW!what an answer of that staff and lokal there.I never forget that experience in that hotel.But i still respect him.Sad to say,Poor attitude of that staff.

Spectacular everything. From the rooms to the restaurant. A mega pool with everything neat and tidy. Very handsome.
The area is very large, the hall has a high design, large floor-to-ceiling windows, very open, natural light transmission, very bright and comfortable. It feels very magnificent. The sea can be seen from the sea, and it is recommended to go to see the beauty of nature.
Living in the fifth district is not bad. However, there is a problem with the room card sensor and it is not possible to stay. It took a long time for the mechanic to repair it. Wasted a lot of time.
Breakfast is OK, less than five-star rating. Danish bread, butter, siu mai, etc. can be picked up by the waiter. It is recommended to place it directly on the buffet station for free access.
