It s just THE most beautiful hotel ! The food and services are really really good! I would particularly like to thank ANOOB ASHRAF - I was feeling quite unwell one evening ,and didn t go down for dinner with my husband - he asked where I was and then- SO thoughtfully sent up to my room, some clear chicken noodle soup to make me feel better ! How lovely was that ? The juice man at breakfast makes THE best green detox juice I ve ever tasted ! Please thank him! Things like the treats at the beach every afternoon are just SO special ! It s our third time there and the hotel never fails to be special - thank you

Would have stayed longer, but only really liked the area for diving and watching ships and submarines. Would go back but only when the price gets lowered considerably.

If there is an address to the WOW, it should be given to Al Bustan Palace. It iconic plac with its interior design and private beach, pools, restaurants... I really loved the place and definitely will visited it again.
I was there for Iftar (eating at sunset time during Ramadan to break the fast). Loved the place, food and hospitality

This newly refurbished property looks opulent as soon as you step foot in its incredibly high ceilinged lobby. Rooms are modern and comfortable, and you can tell the facilities were also upgraded recently as everything looks new and works perfectly. However what sets this hotel apart from others is it's impeccable service from every member of staff from the bellboy to the hotel manager. The service is genuinely kind and helpful - it really makes a very significant impression on the guest. I'm truly impressed by the culture of service at this hotel and would recommend all my friends to stay here when they are in Muscat!

Work beats UAE, Kuwait in oil relations, to Muscat in Oman. The Middle East in June is already hot everywhere. This hotel is a spacious and beautiful hotel with an Arab atmosphere, and the taste of the goat goat meat for lunch was great. Oman is a scenic spot with mountains nearby. Is Muscat the home of Sindbat? There is a lot of balm in the souks of the alleys, so it is useful to use the cards even in small stores. Omans look fashionable, and even with colorful headpieces and hat Q clothes are decorated. Souvenirs made of hats and accessories imitating a silver Oman knife.

Great place and the location for the hotel was good

it is an amazing place, but security will not allow you to wander around sometimes near hotel area.

Good expensive hotel. There is a private beach. But the imported sand, you must carefully enter the water. I was very pleased with the cuisine, at the buffet there were dishes of a-za-carte level, a large selection of fruits and cheeses, there are dishes with national color.

A good excuse is to go in search of this hotel because the landscapes are incredible.

A lovely hotel. The staff were ever so friendly, nothing was too much to ask. The food was fantastic with pretty much anything you can imagine available to eat. The many pools are kept clean and tidy and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. Great for families or couples.

Nice place but since we was having outdoor activities their was limited numbe toliat and no place for pray. This should be arrange by hotel

The hotel and the location are excellent, private beach, good sand and clear water. The rooms are not large, but the accommodation is comfortable, cots and extra beds are available if necessary. The main restaurant of the hotel, where breakfasts and dinners are boring, the food is extremely monotonous, especially during the festive month (May - June).

So far the most beautiful hotel and place I have visited. I absolutely loved services, food, beach, my room had beautiful views of mountains and partial beach. Absolutely lovely and I wish I could go back there again soon! The best hotel I have seen so far even tho I lived in Dubai not one beats it.

A real palace in grandeur and structure.
The entrance to the lobby is same as other hotels, but behold the lobby transforms the humble entrance and shows the magnificence and grandeur of a palace from the past. The property is ultimate and is strategically placed close to the beach and the majilis which is the Oman parliament.
The views and the serene environment will prompt a random change in everyone's character and attitude.
Inshaallah, an awesome hotel experience.
Obviously it should match the tag if being one of the costliest hotels in Middle East.

Great hotel , set in own grounds . Outdoor pools were great and the jacuzzi beds . The private beach had everything . Food was great and staff excellent . The hotel is tops. Gym & tennis courts and a lot more. Would go back again . Great food

My wife and I spent an amazing journey at your Palace. 5 unforgettable days where we've been very well welcomed by Mr Louati Mohamed, Mr Hamza and Mrs Miriam. Very high hygiene conditions, high-quality food and diverse range of choice, amazing design, very beautiful swimming pool and palm garden. Memorable stay, we would like to thank all the staff for thein caring. We reccomend it at 100% and will definitly comeback.

We booked a table for two on march 30th...the hotels exterior and interior looks are so beautiful...it resembles a palace....many dining options are there among them we chose al khiran kitchen..it was our wedding anniversary..there are endless food options....they decorated our table with rose petals ....they provided us with a anniversary cake....and a beautiful card ...the food was excellent...the staffs were so welcoming and helpful ..Mr Babu paul and Mr Unnikrishnan anandan need a special mention..after our dinner they came to us with a big twist a big surprise I am not mentioning what it was...but it was so gud to hav...they take care all ur needs...overall most satisfying restaurant experience in muscat...

5 star service, the inside is not up to date but nice.

Simply fantastic. We spent our honeymoon at Al Bustan Palace, it was 10 unforgettable days. The hotel is breathtaking, the food is world class, the service just outstanding. Not to mention the wonderful pool and the impressive entrance area. The sea was about 28 degrees, more like a bathtub.

The place is excellent, especially on the sea, but because of Corona's conditions, two restaurants are closed, and the issue is affected by the food service and its quality somewhat, and everything else is beautiful

You cannot find a more amenable hotel - after all it was a palace at one time. The staff and chef are the best you will find in Oman. Excellent in every way. You will regret not taking advantage of their hospitality. 5 stars all the way.

Huge compound, Very well known group but the property looks aged from in & out.

The Beach pavilion restaurant at Al bustan palace has introduced the Friday tomahawk steak night . the restaurant has an outdoor seating and special cabana area on request



To begin this beautiful friday evening , a drink is served (check the menu pic) that follows with a choice of starter to pick ,
- A very mediterranean salad which arrives at the table is an lovely way to pep it up (love the spray of balsamic and olive oil) simple flavours, ( the chef has not complicated the menu ).
- The shuwa croquettes with pulled meat were crunchy coated croqs artistically plated on a salad to relish .

The tomahawk weighs 1.3 k.g , this rib eye on the bone massive steak is trending and making it's way back again in most of the steaks houses due to its size ,french trimmed axe looking shape .

The tomahawk been massive was exceptional tender and flavorful, served with choices of chimichurri, and lemon butter as sauces , with the sides of seasonal veggies and parmesan fries complimentinh this flintstones style meal .

The glorious drama of tomahawk cannot be complete without a dessert,
a warm date pudding with toffee sauce is definitely not for sharing, we would skip the fruits! (dont share this pudding)

Over all a very flawless dinner ! lovely hospitality , great for anniversary, birthdays or just an excuse !!
