I do not think it right, but this hotel built during the communist dictatorship was the best! Why.....!

Good hotel,
But in my opinion not a 5 star.

In the morning the cleaner entered into the room without knocking or checking if anyone was there. Was more than embarrassing as i was with my boyfriend in bed

I believe it is one of the best hotels in Bucharest! The accommodation was excellent and the personnel was friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Best view for many years,this place get you on a sweet spot of Bucharest where few could enter and many wanted to get.

An amazing hotel in the center of Bucharest with luxury spa and great view

Hotel at the height of its fame. Room and building magnificent in its generality. Just a problem with the air conditioning, which was blowing too cold, without the possibility of reducing the intensity.

The ballroom we attended a party could use some renovations and better ventilation. I am not sure why some of these things are negalacted, it is all in all one of the luxurious hotel in Bucharest. The staff could use some more training in serving and waiting. The food was average with no speciall attention to detail. We recommend more taste in organazion and planing these events.

The location of the hotel is beautiful .. the building is very old and most of the buildings of Burkhurst .. but it is considered a very nice location

The hotel was nice, good reception and helpful staff. The breakfast was special. Everything works, the gym, swimming pool, the elevator, the bar. I enjoyed my stay in Bucharest.

The restaurant staff well trained and very respectful rarely one can find in Bucharest. I appreciated that a Phicol was as well prepared as a waiter.

Excellent hotel in a very central location that allows you to visit all the places of Bucharest taking a walk. The hotel needs an update but the rooms are large, quiet and very clean. Special mention for the Club Lounge, wonderful in all aspects. Fully recommended and to return.

Hotel is nice but does not feel in its prime - sofas from the lobby are dirty, and we couldn t find a way to grab a bite before noon

Beautiful hotel, only rooms way to warm. Airconditioning on minimum and door open didn't even help... They keep heating that place.

It's very nice place to stay. Breakfast served is really good with many options. Staff is very polite. Rooms are very well maintained. Spa is good. My experience of staying here was wonderful.

The best hotel in Bucharest with indifferent front desk staff!
+ Great cosmetics - L'Occitane! Nice beds and amazing linens. Also liked the view from the room and the Nespresso coffee machine. The room includes: bathrobes with slippers, safe, hairdryer, mini fridge and ironing board with iron. Public underground parking (40 lei per day) with the entrance to the Hotel.
- Absolutely indifferent and disinterested front desk staff! When checking in, they didn't even ask for the Club member's number! And, when leaving, they generally hid their eyes on the floor, they did not seem to see me and pretended to be very busy! They were not at all interested in whether I liked their Hotel or not; was everything good, etc. They didn't even say goodbye or wish me a good journey!
The front desk service is just awful! And, of course, it does not correspond to a 5 * Hotel in any way!

It remains a style location in a city that is becoming more and more of the mitochondria. The luxury impression is maintained. If you have a conference or other high-level event, it is one of the places to be considered alongside the Athene Palace - Hilton.

Great location within minutes from old city and bus station to and from airpory, freindly staff, good breakfast, very comfortable hotel.

If you go to Bucharest this is the hotel par excellence, fantastic.

Great customer service, pool and gym are awesome, great breakfast buffet, but rooms are really dated and need to be upgraded.

A great standard hotel, a pampering spa, a great location just a 2-minute walk from the metro and bus stops and just a 10-minute walk to the old town. highly recommend!

Old but well-maintained hotel. Well-known in Bucharest. Good for business meeting. The room is reasonably big.

Didn't like it very much. There were a lot of people in the dining room, the waiters were in no hurry to clear the tables, so that they had to clean up the table themselves. Once I stayed in the room when the forge came in, I asked her to come back in 10 minutes, she never came back. At the reception, the girl does everything that would not fulfill her duties. From the group, a woman forgot her phone number in a taxi, she had to look at the cameras and find out the number, she asked to wait 20 minutes, but when we asked what the result was in the evening (6 hours later), she got overwhelmed, which she didn't.
Not 5 stars, I do not recommend

Tired hotel, very good breakfast, generally clean, great view from rooms, boring room service, low caliber staff at reception. Unable to solve the simplest issue. Pathetic bar. Good WiFi in rooms and communal areas. Good location near tube and old city center only a short walk away.

Wonderful service (look for Andrew!) , good location, nice spa, they loan you a smartphone with a local sim for free- very heplful

Our Suite was made up that when the door was opened you could directly see the bed and the person who is laying in there. Unfortunately you can not hear the housekeeping Women knocking but even if you do they will open the door after 10 Seconds. No time to go to the door to open it yourself. The Iron was a very cheap model and broken. The Water Boiler was also not working as well the TV in the living room. The Breakfast and Light Dinner at the Lounge were good while having a beautiful View of Bucharest. The In Room dining we tried twice and it was not enjoyable at all. It was very Child friendly

Great hotel. Most of the staff are very friendly. Some staff working at the desk sometimes come over as angry/frustrated. The buffets at the downstairs restaurant are quite expensive but excellent quality.

Everything you need to be comfortable. Free cell phone to use locally during your stay with free international calling. Centrally located next to Bucharest University and many historic sites.

Hotel with stunning views from the room on the 12th floor, with a spectacular terrace overlooking the entire city .... L-shaped terrace, .... with a pool facilities on the 22nd floor spectacular ..
Important to find friendly people at the reception, and very attentive to the client ... especially speaking in Spanish, which greatly facilitates the resolution of any query ..

Very old style I.e. 80s type of hotel. Seems to be 1 of the best in town. Yet not a tremendous experience. Offers a nice view of the city if anything has to be seen....

Hotel and cozy rooms with 16th-floor views, good breakfast, excellent service. Location in the city center near the entertainment area in the Old City, and walking distance from the park. Adjacent to the metro station.
