Fully furnished hotel with all required facilities.

I was there for a professional event, the hotel ambience is great and food too was nice.

Just ok with average food quality..... Rooms rent are very high. Better to pick other 5star hotels with same or less charges.

Nice place to stay. Hanging out with your family is a bliss here. Amazing food and awesome service.

Hotel was Good, But staff should be trained properly how to behave with the Forgien Guests while serving Dinner or coffee etc. I felt bad when the staff misbehaved with the Forgien Guests.

Have been here for many times. Good services, easy to reach.

Its conveniently located, offers good food and service as well.

Poor service, not able to address the complaints : well behind the other five stars hotels in the capital!

The location is prime but the promoters should put in money back into the business and upgrade the property the doors show signs of tiredness hence the property should be revamped. The staff is polite and courteous overall

From my experience..Best hotel.Sporco..and with small animals in the room ..Pulci ..
hair dryer does not exist in the bathroom.
dirty and empty fridge bar.
Opening door with problems ..
Meals .. typically local.and not good.
Too many best typically Indian hotels are out there. With low prices and above all with due cleaning.
Very high price for a hotel with these characteristics.
I will certainly never set foot.

Good service, good rooms and good food. However improvement in the waiting area of lobby is urgently required.
Placing of restrooms is very inconvenient. Must be considered whenever any improvement or renovation is being done

Pleasent stay here at hotel Eros in delhi had here complimentry breakfast. Meals served here are just mouth watering.different types of cousines are served here in lunch and dinner. Hotel is certified with with five star rating yes it is deserved beacuse of its hospitality and service. I enjoy the four days stay here.. just come and enjoy the pleasent stay at hotel Eros.

The Indian restaurant has a good spread although if you want to have the sushi there is no dipping bowl. Secondly, if you are a woman and having your lunch alone then no one will bother you or even get you your order. I paid 2000 INR for terrible service. The staff is polite but it seems a bit distracted.

The Eros hotel is very conveniently located, as it is right next to the metro station. Even otherwise, it's located in a very prominent south Delhi area. The food at Blooms is consistently good, and the service is impeccable. The staff make the place extremely hospitable and a very pleasant experience.

Great hotel and everything but they wouldn't let me play the grand piano even when I've been paying piano for over 7 years...

j visited the place for an award function. Being very close to Nehru place makes it ideal for business persons.

I have attennded stylebee fashion show where i was selected for next round in 65 girls. Awesome hotel.
