Food is not very good. Parking is usually packed because of visa office.

Nice hotel, good hospitality, courteous staff, friendly waiters & porters. Overall a comfortable experience.

Not good , it's too distance between shown on Google maps and the real one

No hotel personnel are this friendly... And their food is also delicious...

I use it for meetings and the coffee lounge is a nice place. I've attended a marriage reception, some conferences and had breakfast/ lunch on the coffee shop. I found the ambience satisfactory and the staff helpful.

Good hotel next to the commercial hub Nehru Place in South Delhi

Good hotel but internet is very poor. The free hour just keeps asking if you want an upgrade

Based in the business district of Nehru place this hotels has all the pre requisites of a 5 star. It has quite a few restaurants but only the Chinese restaurant is worth a visit.It also has facilities for business conferences and wedding functions which are decent.Somehow the service leaves a bit to be desired and leaves you wanting for more.

Good place how needs maintenance and a better coffee shop

The security guards at the hotel are uncivilised and they misbehaved with a pregnant woman and it took her 2 hours and a police complaint to get an apology from them.. Hospitality literally redefined !!

Well located. However the entrance to the hotel isn't a pleasant one. Once inside, it's a different experience. Have spent time at the banqueting space, coffee shop and meeting facilities. Largely caters to the business hubs in the catchment area

This was my second visit in this week and I am very disappointed this time.
When I have reached at their lobby level coffee shop nobody came to take an order for at least 30 mins. I have ordered 4 coffees and 1 fresh juice after that I have to give reminders to them to get the order.
Not happy this time. They should give more training to their staff.

Good amenities but a shady hotel. Feels like you have paid the five star price for a hotel in Paharganj.

The Eros is an excellent venue which I highly recommend. Fine service, comfortable lodgings, multiple restaurants.

One of the best hotel with all amenities. Very good restaurants, beautiful lobby area, super entrance, staff is friendly, large size swimming pool, big rooms and many more.
