I have recently completed my internship with Inter Excel. Before I go on, I would like to say that nobody is coercing me into saying what I am about to say. My review will be straight from my heart about the beautiful souls in my company. During my internship, I was constantly meeting with Mr Hilary and Madam Chong, the directors of Inter Excel. The most valuable lesson that they have thought me was to always be a solution provider as well a result-oriented person. Being under their guidance, I have matured into the person I am now, writing this review.

Inter Excel has become like home to me. The people there treated me like family and gave me nothing but love and kindness. Both Mr Hilary and Madam Chong are such selfless people and I truly admire how they cared for me, I was never just an intern to them. In fact, I speak on behalf of all the other interns and also full-time staff when I say that Mr Hilary and Madam Chong were like our second parents.

The directors may seem strict, but it is only because they want to see their staff and also students be successful people, just like them. They want us all to have fruitful futures and give back to our families for all their sacrifices. In my opinion, that is the tough love we all need in our lives to keep us striving and achieving great successes.

I would like to give a little advice to the people reading the reviews. Don't believe what others may have to say. They can only assume. Never judge a book by its cover. If you want to know the truth, read the pages and understand the story. I am so proud of what Inter Excel has become and I am excited to see what the future holds for everyone on the team.

As for the cherry on top of the cake, I would like to announce that I am currently a full-time staff at Inter Excel. Yes, I upgraded from an intern to a full-timer and I have zero regrets. It is an honour working with such a thoughtful and successful company. Thank you so much to Inter Excel for everything that you have done for me. I will cherish the memories always.

I will like to thank my director Madam Chong for giving me the opportunity to have internship in this company. It was the the most practical soft skill and working experience i've acquired in this company.

I have done my internship from Inter Excel in Marketing and I can say one thing for sure, that I have learnt much more things here than I ever did in my university life.
I have seen so many of my friends do the basic data entry or basic admin work in their internship.
I came from Sarawak to KL and the LAST thing I wanted to do is be bored at work or be insignificant and learn absolutely nothing.
This company not only molds it's students to become the best flight attendants but also molds it's interns.
Mr. Hillary not only taught me how to be responsible, respectable and have a positive look towards life. He also gave me projects to work on that i'm pretty sure no other company would have let a mere intern handle.
This company values your suggestions and opinions, hears you, and doesn't disregard it. You are valued and loved but you have to constantly work hard to maintain that.
If you actually want to learn, grow and do some significant stuff during your internship than this is the perfect place for you but if you're someone who just wants to do an internship as a formality or to put something on your resume, then don't come here.
Don't waste yours and the company's time, there's no point in joining if you're weak and lazy because then you're bound to get scolded and rightfully so.
Lastly, I want to thank Inter Excel for all the opportunities given, giving me so much insight on how the business operates, tips on business development and marketing.
Thank you for everything, the warmth of the whole staff, brain storming ideas, laughter and joy. I am taking so many good memories back.

Mr Hilary is such a generous boss and never counts on what he gives. Having such a boss boosts us to strive even better for the company. His kindness is beyond words. Always ensure that his staff get the best out of everything.

Madam Chong brings so much energy and joy into the workplace and push us to achieve greater heights.

As bosses Mr Hilary and Madam Chong had always inspired the staff and guiding every step we took. Thank you for always being the shadow that guided me in the dark.

I had an internship at Inter Excel for 2 months and I have to say that i have learned and gain a lots of valuable knowledge from Inter Excel. As working at IE was my first job so obviously I didn't have enough experience, but with the guidance of the managers and colleagues I can say that I have successfully completed my internship and prepared well for my real job in the future as I have trained communication skills, research skills and done some tasks that related to my majors. The managers and colleagues here are really friendly, sociable and supportive. Anyway, I feel so grateful as I have such memorable and valuable experiences with IE. Thanks to IE management team and colleagues who always support, take care and guide me during my internship period.

Inter Excel is an airline training centre of excellence. I find it very challenging, rewarding, competitive and productive. Inter Excel truly cares for their students. I liked my study journey here as it is beyond satisfaction. No doubt that Inter Excel will polish and create a best version of you when you graduate!

Inter-Excel is training provider with dedicated and experienced trainers delivering effecting training that has helped many Flight Attendant hopefuls to turn their dreams into reality. Inter-Excel's excellent track record in Flight Attendant career preparatory training and creating employment opportunities by organizing airline recruitment is second to none in the aviation industry.

students ain't got no personality,their system is so corrupted.

I am currently still persuing a diploma with interexcel. During the pandemic i was really unmotivated , but all the trainers gave me such an impactful support. This course is more likely teaching us to be strict smart rather than educational smart which is important to stand ourselves in any situation. I love how they emphasize to be respectful and discipline. I have never seen any trainers missing the smile on their faces, their always cheerful. Lastly i would like to thank Mr Hilary and other trainers for guiding me. Hopefully i will be a succesful person one day.

I would like to leave this review as an appreciation towards Inter-Excel for providing me with such an excellent internship opportunity. The company never discriminates in any manner against anyone. Despite it being difficult for international students in Malaysia to secure internships, Inter-Excel welcomed me with open arms.

Prior to coming here, I read reviews from previous interns that were criticising the company. Even though I was sceptical, I decided to come here and see for myself and now that I m nearing the end of my internship, I can say I made the right decision to join Inter-Excel and not believe the naysayers.

My first impression upon joining the company was that our CEO is very strict. However, as time passed, I realized why that was important because the strictness and high sense of responsibility built into the company culture has allowed countless of interns before me to be successful. In the same way, the academy helps its students to excel in their cabin crew careers for top airlines. That is why, if you are complacent, lazy, lacking determination or looking for an internship just as a requirement for your university, then do not bother to join here. However, if you are like me, willing to gain valuable experience and skills for your future, then this is the perfect place for you.

Unlike most internships that assign basic job scopes and repetitive tasks, Inter-Excel entrusted me with major responsibilities and projects. I worked on digital marketing, market analysis & research, sourcing clients around the world for viable business ventures and so much more. Whilst it was overwhelming and challenging, it provided the perfect opportunity for me to learn and improve myself in areas that my University and my degree did not cover. I have improved my confidence, my managerial and marketing skills in leaps and bounds. Of course, being an intern, I was not expected to be free of flaws which is why whenever I was unsure of how to conduct certain tasks, Mr Hilary and Madam Chong was always there to guide me. It truly helped me to prepare for the working world. I mean that is the whole point of any internship isn t it?

In conclusion, I am thankful to Mr Hilary, Madam Chong, and all the other lovely colleagues that I had the privilege of working with. Thank you, Inter-Excel family, for such a wonderful experience.
