Wat een slechte service. Prachtig werkblad en spoelbak geleverd (via Hornbach met wel goede hulp gekocht), maar bij de spoelbak zitten geen klemmen om het te bevestigen. Direct gebeld en als je ze dan aanspreekt op het niet leveren van een volledig product van 500 euro, dan zeggen ze "u wilt kennelijk niet naar mij luisteren, ik verbind u even door naar een andere collega" waarbij ik dan vervolgend geen contact krijg en de verbinding wordt verbroken. Echt heel slecht en onprofessioneel!

Pruts firm 1st class..kitchen completely purchased with grohe tap. Faucet is leaking like crazy.to months gezeiver got a new one. Few weeks later, the kitchen was blank again. To again several emails and bells, a technician would contact us. Few days later the same message from another employee. I have still emailed with this company, but without response. I think the mechanic has since died, because I NEVER heard from him. Of all the misery but bought a tap at GAMMA, it doesn't leak and their service is fine. Thank you company Dekker!

After many emails it appears that there was a communication error with the representative and the field service. March 5 sent the mail and to date no solution. In addition, the tap drips and taps, since our kitchen is adjacent to the living room, this is very irritating. In addition, the tap loses 6 liters per day, not good for the environment but also not for us.

In short, almost 3 months further and 540 liters of water gone and no mechanic visited.

Today received a response to this review, thanks. Short response which I received with no full surnames: Erjan G sent an email on March 5, subject 200015815 to Kim P in consultation with Hindrikskeuken (I reported the problem there as he installed the kitchen). Hindrikskeuken was later informed of the problem with the leaking tap.
In the meantime, a package has been delivered with parts that are used by Hindrikskeuken.
The problem for me is that we have a leaking faucet from December onwards and that this was not resolved in time despite the fact that the faucet is not yet 5 years old.

About 5 years ago we purchased a kitchen through Arma kitchens. The worktop was supplied to us by Dekker via Arma. (a beautiful leaf with a dark gray stone motif)
Now after those 5 years, a white stripe of about 2 mm wide has formed on the bulging edge that is supposed to hold back the water over a length of about 40 cm. (Narrower) white edges have also developed along the edges of the sink. The place where the sink cloth always lies (that should be possible on a countertop), it has become dark gray, light gray. A light gray edge of approx. 2 mm has been created around the tap that is mounted in the blade. At first we thought that it was lime formation, unfortunately also discolored there.
We reported this to Arma kitchens, they immediately started working for us, they wanted to have pictures. We made them and were forwarded to Dekker by Arma kitchens.

Dekker came up with the answer that traces his use.
Why use traces. We are a 2 person household. These are not signs of use, these are scuffs. This is pure bad! After 5 years it should not be so worn out.

The magazine is not delivered in accordance with the order, even with us twice! The complaints are not taken seriously, so you are treated like a dishcloth !!! Really so customer-friendly, so beware !!!! do not buy accessories or kitchen tops for your new kitchen if it comes from Firma Dekker from Zevenhuizen, you will get a lot of problems at home. Ask your kitchen supplier who supplies the tray, be warned! We had two inserts which unfortunately did not buy the right ones for the Levanto classic double tap, which we use for many years with great pleasure. This was after one phone call without a single problem resolved immediately and we received the next day at no cost to good and proper inserts for our crane.

Unfortunately a finex counter top! We have a luxury kitchen with cooking island and a finex worktop by Dekker Zevenhuizen BV. The worktop is extremely sensitive to scratches. Within a year damage to the worktop which is irreparable ...
In addition to careful use, scratches cannot be prevented
Stains from packaging due to sliding or scratches from moving cups / plates.
It feels like you are walking on eggs instead of being a nice work surface.
I really do not recommend this material to everyone!

They don't know service. A mechanic came by and took a few photos and does not want to comment on the damage.
Then you must hear from the kitchen supplier that it is out of warranty.

What a K.T company you call them for a leaking tap you try to find a solution, you send them back to the seller! While their delivering the tap ?! They give a guarantee on their products but they don't even help you further. The lady from the service department did not even want to give their email address. I also see that I am not the only one with a leaking tap. Super bad service. Hope they will come up with a suitable solution quickly.
