We spent 2 nights on this hotel (March 20-22). I can say this is one of the most relaxing time we had so far during this pandemic. Got a good discount using Fazaa card, thanks to the concierge on duty. We love the room we booked. Somehow spacious for a family of 3. The housekeeping team is very supportive to our requests and they act instantly. My daughter enjoyed the family pool plus the outside seating on the garden is cool. We only took breakfast package. Food choices and variety is good. Sheila and other restaurant staff are so accommodating and they even gave us small pack of food after our meal. Overall, our stay is great. We ll come back some other time.
I booked in hotel for 3 nights on weekdays (Tue-Thu) in September. Once we arrived we felt that the hotel is old as its look like that from outside, hiwever, once you entered inside the hotel, you feel that it is renivated and have nice decoration. We had 2 connected rooms, which is very clean and neat and satisfying. We went to dinner that night (as i boiked half board) and u was disappointed by the variety of the food, as they have only 3 types of salds and appetizers " hummus, labaneh, tuna salad" and only 2 main courses " fish fillets and meat rolls, also 3bside dishes" potatoes, shawerma, and chopped chicken ". Maybe thus due to mid week hitel occupancy is low . Will try the swimming pool today and post the review afterward. Overall i recommend this hotel, but better to have it with breakfast only. Enjoy your stay
Starting with very pleasant ladies at the reception, they gave me very good room and gave me good rate for dinner buffet, I met very friendly staff all-over the place. Food is really excellent in taste and variety, value for money is what you find in this decent hotel. No wonder it is rated very high. Thank you very much, keep up the good work and wish you all best.

So the government took over the main hotel and that made me nervous, but I must admit, I enjoyed my stay very much!
The hotel kept me and my friends within the same bungalow group which was great. And the food was so good, we decided to eat at the Lebanese restaurant both nights and canceled the reservation at a place in town. In addition, they gave us a discount because we re teachers which was unexpected.
I relaxed overall. The pools were open, breakfast was good, and we didn t have to travel far for supplies and tourist options. Overall, a great stay!
