Took very long to get the orders, spaghetti parmesan very bland

Always excellent food! Tip: recently they also have delicious day snacks for 10 euros!

What a top tent and service. Just been with a group of friends, have lunch as the end of the winter sport. Everyone ordered from the menu but I felt like #hema sausage all week long. The waiter heard that and when he brought the food there was a delicious hema sausage ready for me :) Ps the food from the menu was also delicious I heard :)

Lovely to drink a cup of coffee and have lunch here. It's blissful!

It is certainly worthwhile to choose ice cream from the menu. The latte's here are also recommended.

Eaten twice in six months. First time was slightly better, quality remains top. It is a bit chaotic there as it can indeed be in Italy you could say that it is a full evening program, if you don't like that ... Well. I thought the pasta made in the cheese was heavenly, had it as a side dish. A big plus is the good service alert and knowing which wine matches which dish. This is supposed to be so, but in my experience it is not the same everywhere, so here it is. We will definitely come back.

Special dining experience! The staff are nice, attentive and knowledgeable. Nice how the food was explained in each course (sometimes necessary with the creative way of preparing the dish) and the special serving style of the spaghetti with parmesan!

Good value for money, chic food in a modern and relaxed atmosphere without pretension. Strongly recommended!

Tonight we ate with 4 of us. Service excellent and the food is super! Here we come again!

Food was beyond expectations and so was the service. The only tip I would say, is they should have one entrance and exit. We were siting in the middle part of the restaurant and we had guest coming from both the front an back of restaurant waiting to be seated and they all ended up waiting around our table. Which made us rather nervous (Corona) other then that is a beautiful restaurant for a reasonable price

Good Italian restaurant in Hengelo, near the train station and in the center.

Very nice, nice and cozy place to have a drink or of course to eat an ice cream because there is of course a vanderpoel. Furthermore, good service and nice people. Ice cream is supppppper tasty so that is always good. The price per scoop is 1.10 and you can also put together your own haircut.

Delicious eaten especially the pasta with parmesan cheese is a must!

Eaten tonight, what a disappointment for the price I paid for my dish !! Operation was top !! Until my dish came on the table, shrimp with a gut on it !! Salmon was very dry, also the tuna and cod was very dry !! Shells I could not see back in my court! I also had foccatia bread with my dish, this was nothing but bruschetta !! Very poor and disappointing! Never again for me!

I ordered veal steak and baked potato. The plate with big bones (about 60% bone and veal meat) and oil fried potato. It is the first experience to have oil fried so-called Bajed potato. Somehow I had a delicious dinner with strange name and contents. Hahahaha.

Always a very nice surprise menu with delicious wines. The whole atmosphere is just right. Around Christmas the garden was nicely decorated with trees and all. The staff is very friendly!

I think restaurant should consider the quantity they serve. If they think the quantity is right then I think for the price it is offered it is way less. Either price or quantity needs the reconsideration.

Before ordering ice cream, ask if the ingredients are present, for the umpteenth time it turned out that the ordered ice cream could not be made. The ordered coffee is delivered and then it is reported that the ordered ice cream cannot be made ... Fruits are gone! Result. . The coffee drinkers have their order, the ice cream eaters are pissing next to the boat. Running away is no longer possible because the order has been partially delivered. And this is not the first time but now the last time. They have lost the customer (s) now! Unfortunately

I do not come from Hengelo myself, but it is definitely worth it to drive a bit to this restaurant. Actually, you only come for one thing, the famous pasta. The pasta is prepared at the table in a cheese with grappa and this does not only look nice, but also tastes delicious. The starters we had all tasted good too. The small minuses were that it took a long time before we got the card and we were not asked if we wanted to drink something.

Food was good. I found the service not very service-oriented. We came here for a day snack. A little extra attention from the ministry would be nice. Questions such as; would you like to have a drink? or did you enjoy it? would be very appreciated.

Food is good. But had to wait a long time for the next course. Therefore offered us coffee.

On 11 January 2019 we ate together with Intenzo. Despite being around five o'clock, we were kindly received and it was no problem that we were so early.

The service was perfect all evening, in the hands of the two hosts. The evening started with an amuse of the house, that's how it should be! Then we started with a break roll, which was delicious, although it could have had a pinch of salt.

Then we took a starter that really tasted fantastic. At the tartare was a pickled egg yolk, which could be grated by the brine. This was done at the table which provided a good experience and a fantastic taste. This shows the creativity of the kitchen staff.

The mains were also delicious. I myself had a pasta with truffle and my friend the big shrimp. Both were delicious and a good portion. The only improvement point is the lack of salt and pepper on the table. The dishes were to taste, but a pinch of pepper and salt are always nice as everyone has a different taste.

In short, it was a great experience and a must for everyone. If you need a delicious Italian dinner with great staff, then Intenzo is the right place. Hopefully they will quickly come to my hometown Amersfoort, because a restaurant like this is not there yet! ;)

Italy at its best. Original Italian dishes, fantastic wines, cozy restaurant with neat service who have good knowledge of the wines. Above average pricing, but it is also an above average Italian. Recommended.

My mother had a wonderful meal this week with friends. Good food, very friendly service and delicious wine. All at a reasonable price. Certainly recommended !!

Delicious eaten in a nice atmosphere. A slightly smoother serving of corridors would have been the fifth star.

Eaten on the advice of the resident, it would be good, busy and not cheap!
On arrival indeed full, after 1 hour of waiting a table was offered.
The food was not easy: the carpaccio was bare, waitress grated some cheese over it, well meant but definitely did this for the first time - very little - so then you have very little taste of the carpaccio! then recommend that, spaghetti with cheese prepared at the table, looks nice from such a preparation, but you get very little of this dish of 33 euros (1 1/2 portion for 2 pers.) nothing there only bare spaghetti with some cheese and a movable waitress - cold and totally tasteless! Furthermore, no salad or anything else. It was also a pity that it was as if the kitchen / wait staff had forgotten us, I concluded from the response from the waitress. Did get 2 bottles with a drink from the other waiter for the long wait!

Had a great experience at Intenzo, the surprise menu is really a must! Friendly staff, professional appearance and high quality of the dishes.

Intenzo has very tasty ice cream and can make delicious ice cream coupes. Only is the
menu changes a few months ago, so there are fewer meals. The staff also changed then, which is a shame because the staff was very nice.
