I had a tree fall on my deck earlier this year and used a different company to remove that. The experience was decent, but the price was extremely high. I contacted Integrity after my cousin suggested them, I have to say Integrity was by far a better and easier company to work with. Tom quoted me much less than the other company and the work was very well done. He called the day before they arrived, and I was able to go about my normal life without having to be home and show everyone what needed to be done. My yard looks amazing! I can't say enough how happy I am with this company! I will be suggesting them to everyone I know. Also Angela, who works in the office is very easy to work with!

I just had Integrity trim 2 large maples in my front yard. Arron and his crew where at my house before 7 AM and cleaned up and gone by 11AM. Clean, professional, polite and good communication with a call the day before with arrival time and then we reviewed what I was expecting (what was quoted) and even did a little extra. This on top of great work they did last year at our GR office building. Highly recommend them.

Integrity has done several jobs for us. Some were big and challenging while others were less involved. They are dependable, hardworking and make an effort to see if I am satisfied as the job progresses. Are they perfect?...who is?... but as things go, they have proven to be worthy of getting my business.

This is a shout-out to two amazing Integrity Tree Services employees located near Buena Vista, CO, who came to my rescue and got me out of a tough situation. My car was stuck mid-rim deep in mud on a county road after flooding the night before. The two employees drove by, asked if I needed help, and said they would come back shortly with chains to tow me out. They did a fantastic job, and put my vacation back on track. They were so kind, thoughtful, and good humored throughout the whole situation. I am very grateful that these gentlemen came along and were willing to take time out their day to help a girl out! A company is only as good as its employees, and Integrity Tree Services has two wonderful employees out here in Colorado!

I would not recommend Integrity. Their communication was terrible and were unwilling to adjust their cost after I performed some of the quoted trimming personally. It took several weeks longer to schedule than initially communicated (which led to us performing some of the work ourselves, which needed to be completed prior to other work in our yard).

The trimming I completed personally was a small percentage of the overall work, but their unreasonableness to amend the quote for something so black and white is unheard of from a local business who values customer service. I wasn't asking for a 25% discount, but I did expect something more than a list of excuses. One reasoning for not adjusting the proposal was that the rest of the work took longer than expected. The crew did a fine job, but they did not have any urgency, and found plenty of time to relax in our backyard on their lunch break. That in itself is not a problem, but to suggest time-to-complete as a reason to not adjust the proposal is maddening.

Additionally, the crew on site received very poor guidance from the individual who did the quoting. We were told we did not need to be home for the work (we were not home for the first few hours). Once we returned we were able to talk to the crew on site, but had we not been there, the work would not have been completed as desired/quoted.

These guys did a GREAT job cutting our tree down today. They had the tree completely removed and the whole yard cleaned in less than two hours! Even the neighbor commented on how good of a job they did.

I can describe my experience with Integrity Tree Service in three simple words...Reliable, Professional, and Safe. I contracted them to clean up my woods along with removing some branches that were overhanging the house. They showed up on time for not only the quote, but the crew was spot on everyday. The crew wasted no time and got right to work daily. No wasted time on cell phones or smoking...PROFESSIONALS! They clearly explained what they were doing and took care of cleaning up the yard, the roof, and driveway before leaving everyday. Bottom line I would highly recommend Integrity Tree Service!

This company didn't do work for us but for our neighbors. The unfortunate fact is that Integrity Tree Service came onto our property with their front loader without our approval and tore up patches of our yard. Then proceeded to use our driveway for the next two days doing cleanup with that front loader. I was definitely appalled that they never checked in to get permission. Integrity.... I don't think so.

We had our house burn down the day after Christmas and we needed a large maple tree removed so the builders had easy access to rebuild. We had Integrity come out to do the work. They told us they didn't need us to be there when the work was done because I had to work. It took 9 months to rebuild our house and we had stored what we salvaged in our detached Garage. Because we had no need to enter the garage until after the house was finished we didn't know that our things were being ruined until much later. You see Integrity dropped a branch on the garage putting a hole in it, allowing the few things we were able to save to get drenched every time it rained. The only reason I know this is because my neighbor told me he witnessed it after we mentioned the problem. Integrity never mentioned it. When I called them the refused to do anything about it and denied anything had happened. They need to change their name because they don't have any integrity at all.
PS. In response to Integrity. I told you it was almost a yr after you removed the tree when we moved back into our home. It took us more time to work through the things in the garage before we noticed the damage. I called the company who put the roof on before the fire. When they came out they told us that there was a hole in the roof and that it looked like something was dropped on it. It was after that when my neighbor told us about the branch being dropped. The roofer put some tar or something to patch it and thought it would be good. Anything further he would have to charge me. It didn't work.
The thing is there is no other trees or other objects around my house or garage that could of done the damage. But you wouldn't know that because you didn't even bother to come and look at it for yourself. You didn't even try to investigate or even look at my Garage to see if what I was saying was true. A person of integrity would try to make sure that their company wasn't the cause and if there was a good possibility of it being true they would make sure it was taking care of. Because a good name is better than riches.
