We had our house burn down the day after Christmas...

We had our house burn down the day after Christmas and we needed a large maple tree removed so the builders had easy access to rebuild. We had Integrity come out to do the work. They told us they didn't need us to be there when the work was done because I had to work. It took 9 months to rebuild our house and we had stored what we salvaged in our detached Garage. Because we had no need to enter the garage until after the house was finished we didn't know that our things were being ruined until much later. You see Integrity dropped a branch on the garage putting a hole in it, allowing the few things we were able to save to get drenched every time it rained. The only reason I know this is because my neighbor told me he witnessed it after we mentioned the problem. Integrity never mentioned it. When I called them the refused to do anything about it and denied anything had happened. They need to change their name because they don't have any integrity at all.
PS. In response to Integrity. I told you it was almost a yr after you removed the tree when we moved back into our home. It took us more time to work through the things in the garage before we noticed the damage. I called the company who put the roof on before the fire. When they came out they told us that there was a hole in the roof and that it looked like something was dropped on it. It was after that when my neighbor told us about the branch being dropped. The roofer put some tar or something to patch it and thought it would be good. Anything further he would have to charge me. It didn't work.
The thing is there is no other trees or other objects around my house or garage that could of done the damage. But you wouldn't know that because you didn't even bother to come and look at it for yourself. You didn't even try to investigate or even look at my Garage to see if what I was saying was true. A person of integrity would try to make sure that their company wasn't the cause and if there was a good possibility of it being true they would make sure it was taking care of. Because a good name is better than riches.
