I would not recommend Integrity. Their communication was terrible and were unwilling to adjust their cost after I performed some of the quoted trimming personally. It took several weeks longer to schedule than initially communicated (which led to us performing some of the work ourselves, which needed to be completed prior to other work in our yard).

The trimming I completed personally was a small percentage of the overall work, but their unreasonableness to amend the quote for something so black and white is unheard of from a local business who values customer service. I wasn't asking for a 25% discount, but I did expect something more than a list of excuses. One reasoning for not adjusting the proposal was that the rest of the work took longer than expected. The crew did a fine job, but they did not have any urgency, and found plenty of time to relax in our backyard on their lunch break. That in itself is not a problem, but to suggest time-to-complete as a reason to not adjust the proposal is maddening.

Additionally, the crew on site received very poor guidance from the individual who did the quoting. We were told we did not need to be home for the work (we were not home for the first few hours). Once we returned we were able to talk to the crew on site, but had we not been there, the work would not have been completed as desired/quoted.
