I met Jim Baker about 6 months ago (via email). He pursued us (Superior Old Storage) and offered his brokerage services. Me, on the other hand, I have dealt with many brokers and had many complications. Meaning, that communication, honesty and loyalty are key points in my business relationships. Trust me, I am a small business, but I have 35+ years in the warehouse/transportation business. So basically, I decided to give Integrity Express (Jim Baker) a shot at handling my transportation loads. Long story short, Jim has handled MANY of our business transactions and he has surpassed my expectations and earned my sincere respect in the business. I can t emphasis enough, his dedication, loyalty and fair pricing in this complexed transportation market lately. I am constantly recommending him to my other Customers, who hire their own transportation brokerage.
Jamie has put together a world class team. As the manager of the National Sales Dept for the largest independent produce wholesaler in the country - we have lots of demands and we are not always the easiest to work with! I am always amazed at the work ethic, professionalism, patience and honesty of everyone on Jamie s Team! Thus the reason I don t shop around to see if I can save a couple dollars. I work with hundreds of vendors and can honestly say Integrity Express is just one of a small handful that has never let me down. Booked a GA > TX load, broker cancelled us off the load and didn t even bother to tell me. Was in constant communication throughout the day in regards to driver location & any updates they needed. Broker who made the call then continued to raise his voice and talk over me to assert his male dominance, I would assume. Absolute garbage can of a human being. Won t be dealing with this company again. What an ironic name Integrity? Yeah, right. Can t believe these kind of people get away with the way they speak to others.
Horrible service. We hauled a load for Integrity on 6/25. The broker load and confirmation we got and billed Integrity with was paid to another carrier even though we provided original bol for this load. We have been going back and forth 80 days with their accounting while the broker is completely unresponsive via email or phone. Now we are pursuing the payment via collection company and reaching out to the customer for payment. There is a "complete" lack of integrity from this broker and I informed my entire dispatch team not to work further with them. There is too many loads on the market to book with dishonest brokers that don't pay their bills.
Betsy is my rep and we have confidently used Integrity Express for 2-3 years now. She has become my primary choice for all our moves and her level of service to her customers is the highest I have ever experienced in over 20 years of being in business! I typically shy away from placing people outside of our company directly in touch with our customers, but Betsy has proven to be professional, reliable and trustworthy! I have complete faith in her abilities and she continues to place us with reliable teams who know how to handle our freight with the care it requires. If you are looking to "partner" with a logistics person, Betsy is the best choice and comes with a team that supports her up and performs at the very top of this industry!
Integrity Express Logistics can not be trusted. Rather they should be called LACK OF INTEGRITY EXPRESS LOGISTICS. John Chapman booked us on a load picking up at Interstate Cold Storage, Inc. in Ft Wayne, IN. He called @ 10am and asked where we were and I informed him I was pulling in to receiver to get current load unloaded in Findley OH. He said ok call me when empty and headed to pick up in Ft. Wayne. I did just that, because communication is the only considerate way to be. At 3:05 pm I let him know I had approx. 1 1/2 hr drive. He said just get there as soon as you can and nothing else. When I arrived at the shipper @ 5:05pm, I was told by a warehouse employee that the office to check in for a load closed at 5pm. I immediately called John and he said, yea, they close at 5pm . I asked why that wasn t disclosed before I drove 127 miles and he just in the most sarcastic tone said, well, we can t keep it open for you all night ,and hung up on me. Just be aware that if he is this way, then INTEGRITY Express Logistics is an oxymoron, because they have zero integrity. I m sure no one from the company will respond, but if they do. I will update the review.
Absolutely wonderful customer service from start to finish. Cammii goes the extra mile by learning about my business and introduces new ways of managing freight that I wouldn't have considered myself. My customers even call me to say what a wonderful service he provides!
In this free market combative broker versus carrier world we have created it is rare to meet a broker who you feel is working with you and wants to help you succeed. I had that experience with Cameron Segal. He did a great job of helping us and I will always use him in the future. He is a pleasure to work with and I recommend you give him a chance and give Integrity a chance. They are a great organization.
It is always a pleasure to work with Betsy. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and gets back to us with answers very quick. She understands our needs and is always on the look out for the best competitive rates without compromising service. She follows up on our shipments till they get delivered and keep us updated with status. Once delivered, she will send a copy of the POD without even asking. That's what I call excelent customer service. Thank you Betsy for your excellent work.
Steve Schmid is amazing to work with! Steve gets us great rates and always comes through if anything else is needed along the way. I trust Steve to be fair and honest and he has never let me down. So glad we have found Steve and look forward to many more loads together.
