CLAIM- 10 bags of onions "damaged" - for sure it is facility's liability, but still, we got $14,500 on hold - money that IEL owes us for the transportation of multiple loads. We did our job properly, we paid drivers, insurance, fuel, tolls, and many other permits and expenses. Integrity just finding excuses to hold the payment. Even if they would like to deduct the 10 bags of onions- it costs around $100, and not $14,5k.
I would not recommend to any carrier to book loads with this company!!!! Such unprofessional behavior towards the carrier. Our truck was en route to pick up a load when the rep called and canceled the load. Guess what? The Rep refused to pay TONU; he said that our truck never showed up at the shipper! It amazes me every time how these brokers are coming up with any possible excuses not to pay the carrier! What a shame !!!!
I would not recommend booking any loads with this company. I called to book an available load they posted on the DAT load board. Spoke to Nate Morety(spelling?) at ext 1607. He pulls up the load and when he asked me what time we would like for pick up, he then changes his mind and lies, saying the load in no longer available and then hangs up on me. My husband then sees another load, similar area for pick up from them and then calls himself. Nate tells him they won t use us for the loads and hangs up on him as well. We ve never ran loads for this company and it was our first time trying to book with them. This Nate guy is costing this company customers and repeat business. We will be reporting their rude behavior and lies about the loads they are posting with DAT as well. I have no idea why the discrimination he displayed but be very wary when dealing with them if you see their loads posted on any load board.
Worked with Cameron S. on a load from PA to IN. Usually brokers are gone 5pm Friday and the carrier is stuck all weekend if there's an issue....Not with Cameron. I had his direct number and was able to text/call him all weekend on our load. Will work with him and IEL again without any hesitation. Thank you Cameron!

Me and my husband we lost our trip and our moving date from Las Vegas to Miami because this company and Steven Pearson the Logistics Account Executive messed up with the Truck appointment for delivery en Houston Texas. Now we are losing Money in a horrible journey just because this company can't make scheduled appointments on time for their Trucks and their loads. Horrible. Someone needs to pay for this.
