Do not move to any of their properties, especially the Copper Commons Apartments. The Manager is unprofessional and the Maintenance Tech George is lazy and rude. I have been without hot water for three days and all I get is excuses and the run-around. Do not be fooled by their so called Mission Statement is all lies.

how are you gonna let your maintenance staff wake up tenants by blasting music at the apartments they maintain at 9 in the morning. these people are so unprofessional its insane, pease get rid of these guys if you want to be a reputable company. license plate hkf 4440

Asked management about 10 times already to fix the dripping of water from our CEILING, and Still haven t gotten it fixed been about 3 months. Outlets don t work for some reason , maintenance does not want to fix anything unless he feels like it , literally asked him and he said people who ask me more than once i decide to make them wait longer Looking for other apartments whom aren t managed by integrity asset management because obviously they don t t do any management. ceiling leaks , outlets don t work , doors don t work and when we moved in the carpets where already ripped!

I don't like nothing about there apartment..they charge for everything. Don't move in none of there communities they are all the same.. And the only good reviews they have are people that work for them and are just alike.

I m giving this rating because of the backstabbing I felt during my time here. I really loved my job and I know I excelled at it. I was one of the top leasing agents here and because they decided to try and blame me for something that was out of my hands they fired me. They decided to keep people who were either related to someone in the business or were there for years and years and could do no wrong. I took directive from management and was told certain things and yet they blamed me? It s unfortunate and really unfair. I tried to fight for my job but since I was there only 2 years and not 5 or 10yrs and again not related to or great friends with corporate they LET ME GO. I know deep down they know they did me wrong. But I believe in God and I believe one day God will prevail in all of this. Oh and they fired me too while pregnant. 2 days before my birthday too. So sad but I know they lost someone great and yes I did learn a lot and I m glad I was a outstanding agent and I know my residents were very happy with how I was with all of them. My career will go on somewhere where I m appreciated

I don t know how to reply to what you just sent me but let me just add. I was instructed at that time as a leasing agent my job was to lease. The reason I was let go was because of the storage situation which I was told goes straight to the assistant manager at the time. She was strictly handling that situation. My name was NEVER on that storage. I never rented out the storage. The person who leased out that storage should of gone through proper measures to make sure that storage was available and not occupied....which is when they should of gone to the assistant manger to be sure that storage was available. I recall I have NEVER issued out storages and I followed policies when it came to ensure my resident never got an occupied storage. I did not mess up policy. I was not a manager at that time and I have never once told someone to throw out items that were left in a unit. Never. And again I was instructed by your management team what my role was and what was to be done at that time. The people that were supposed to get fired were around for years and were even family with others that worked there. So in this situation I know I was not in the wrong and the people who did break policy didn t get let go because they were here for 10 years or family. That s not right. Again if you take a look at WHO was responsible for this certain policy it was not me but your management team. My firing was not valid and I know it wasn t. That s why I fought and nobody cared at that time. And making it public is something I have a right to do. This is a review after all and that is public. Thank you.

Best regionals and senior management, however the owners are kind and from the moment you walk in, you feel valued. If you read all the reviews you'll see that they are all from renters that had a bad experience at a property and I feel sorry for them because as a manager I never wanted any resident to experience injustice. The company tries their hardest to provide training to all their staff to ensure good customer service, which its rare in this industry.
If you are a renter, please try to speak with a Regional, they will meet with you and work any issues out to ensure you are receiving great customer service.
If you are looking to apply, do it, you won't regret it!

They charge for everything. And in my rent statement i have 3 water charges and like 2 sewage.. And i was not informed that i would be paying $30 extra in the rent for cable your not using. and even if you don't want to use the cable you still have to pay.. It was not mentioned to me about the cable until after i signed my lease so now im stuck and in a year i would have payed $360 dollars for something i never used so my money went in there pockets. Extra cash to go to the bar and drink tequila and eat more tacos like they need it they should use it for the gym..but i contacting a lawyer and im going to get my money back or ill get more if i have to.

Do not move in any of their apartment properties. I have been living at the Copper Commons apartments for three years and as soon as Lorraine left and the new apartment manager came in everything changed. I have had to go without hot water, broken down heaters, and water damage when it rains. It also does not help that the supposed maintenance technician George is rude, unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent. I went to this actual Corporate Office and spoke to Valerie who is also very rude and unprofessional and she was more upset that I yelled at her supposed Maintenance Technician than the fact that an elderly 91 year old tenant had no hot water. I am going to look for another number to contact and maybe they can help me. This will be the first time I have had to break an apartment lease but it sure is worth it.

mangers with no experience what so ever, they lack basic social skills. no verbal communication skills . Basically they have the job to collect a pay check . One of them has a piercing in his tongue, a grown man with a tongue piercing . Great disappointment !
