I have been living at the Copper Commons apartments for three years and as soon as Lorraine left and the new apartment manager came in everything changed. I have had to go without hot water, broken down heaters, and water damage when it rains. It also does not help that the supposed maintenance technician George is rude, unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent. I went to this actual Corporate Office and spoke to Valerie who is also very rude and unprofessional and she was more upset that I yelled at her supposed Maintenance Technician than the fact that an elderly 91 year old tenant had no hot water. I am going to look for another number to contact and maybe they can help me. This will be the first time I have had to break an apartment lease but it sure is worth it.
