Wants to only build 500 units 3-4 stories on 14 acres at the old Palomar Hospital property. Our downtown deserves more upscale and denser. Buildings should be taller and podium style.
Don't go cheap on Escondido Integral. Oceanside and San Marcos are doing their downtown's the right way.
