I would strongly not recommend using this company. I required an SR 22 due to a DUI I had. The customer service representative forgot to report the SR 22 to the DMV which caused my drivers license to be suspended then which I had to pay a fine to get it reinstated. This company and the insurance company would not help compensate me due to their mistake and now I have a point on my drivers license that cannot be removed. Since neither this company or the insurance company will not do anything to fix it. I was also told by the insurance company that I paid way too much of a down payment when I initially set up my insurance. All in all I ended up canceling my insurance and finding a new one after months and months of disappointment. I would recommend going straight through an insurance company who knows exactly what they are talking about and bypassing this company to save you money and headache.
