Slumlords does not even begin to describe it…. Inspire Communities USED TO BE great places to live, but once they changed their c-suite it had gone to hell, their new CEO is from Apollo, a finance company who only cares about numbers and since he took over they have managed to fire many of their on site employees making them run on skeleton crews and their properties have been run into the ground as they have absolutely no concern about living up to their mission statement nor their company culture. I guess if you are okay living with rats, roaches , overgrown landscaping then rent from them, but if you are looking for a caring community where you are happy to live and proud to call home, do not rent or buy from Inspire Communities. If I could give zero stars I would.
