As a member I have been disappointed. Slow to respond customer service. Inspirato tends to over promise and under deliver. Hope things improve but seems to be getting worse not better.

Inspirato overcharged me a total of $12,500 starting in January 2020 and continuing through March 2020. When I found the charges I reached out to request a refund. Inspirato agreed they'd overcharged me but insisted on a credit for future use instead of a refund. While I understand the financial situation created by covid I wouldn't have canceled the service if I wanted to continue to use it. In any case they've made partial refunds starting with $5500 in June and another $2000 in September, leaving $5000 owed. Potential member or investor beware!
